About the Team
- The CIB Marketing and Communication Shared Service Center (SSC) is a strategic partner to BNP Paribas business lines worldwide. L’équipe de Sécurité Financière (Niveau 2 de Conformité) a été créée en janvier 2022 et s’agrandit rapidement pour faire face aux enjeux de la sécurité financière de l’une des plus grandes banques mondiales. L’équipe dynamique, motivée et professionnelle s’assure que les tentatives de transactions illicites n’aboutissent pas. VOTRE FUTUR MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE SECURITE FINANCIERE
- Assurer l’analyse de niveau 2 et la validation ou le refus des transactions financières escaladées par les analystes de conformité de niveau 1 ou par les équipes opérationnelles, selon les règles de délégation financière et les procédures établies
- Contribuer à alerter la hiérarchie en cas de détection d’une anomalie administrative, d’un risque opérationnel ou d’un dysfonctionnement qui pourrait affecter la qualité du service fourni au client interne comme au client final
- Assurer une attitude responsable, mature et professionnelle, via une bonne gestion du temps et des priorités et dans le respect des collègues et de la hiérarchie
EN TANT QUE NOTRE NOUVEL ANALYSTE DE SECURITE FINANCIERE, VOUS DEVREZ AVOIR
- Une bonne connaissance du domaine de la Conformité (Compliance, Financial Crimes), des principales procédures afférentes ainsi que du cadre réglementaire (une précédente expérience dans le domaine de la Conformité est valorisée)
- D’excellentes capacités organisationnelles et de solides compétences analytiques
- Une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à délivrer les résultats tout en maintenant une haute qualité

The mission of the Training Senior Officer is to provide a development service which enhances professional skills development, encourages a culture of self-development and supports employees’ engagement, mobility, helping employees to make the most of learning opportunities. Your Main Activities Are
- Elaboration and implementation of the Annual training plan.
- Upon request, produce relevant training reporting and dashboards to various internal or external stakeholders and. Maintain key relationships with providers and stakeholders.
- Design and develop training programmes (outsourced and/or in-house), in a corporate setting, selecting appropriate learning methods per case (e.g. virtual / face to face classroom, e-learnings courses, workshops, etc), including training setup organization (events creation, logistics, list of participants, attendance registration, material, quiz/survey, statistics).
- Provide support to users queries regarding Training offers or as required. Help managers on the development of their team members through identification of adequate training pathing.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness & success periodically.
- Organize sessions in link with the different providers (internal or external) and register training session in My Development tool. System Administration & Data Cleaning (My Dev).
- Setup and follow up of Trainings, from the specifications up to the go live.
- Take part in the continuous improvement of the learning offer by developing and implementing new learning strategies and programs. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Guide, train and provide mentorship to new team members and help to resolve more complex situations, as well as manage projects and organizational change.

- Mission:
Within CIB ITO Global Banking Operations, CIB Agency EMEA act as Facility Agent on syndicated loans set up by all Capital Markets business lines.
The Settlement team handles primary syndication sell down to initial investors as well as secondary transfers during the deal lifecycle.
The role of the Intern is primarily to support the team management in enhancing / formalising certain processes related to the 2 market segments and the related reporting.
- Responsibilities
Following a recent transformation with new tools and a team reorganisation to better address market specific needs, the intern’s key responsibilities shall primarily consist in supporting management to review existing workflows, with a particular view to suggest improvements in the areas of sub-process & reporting optimization, whether in connection with Primary syndications, Secondary transfers or their connected transversal processes..
It will require sufficient familiarisation with the production flows of both market segments through regular communication with each team member to understand the steps and objectives of main operations and therefore contribute to identify best practices or potential deviations.
The intern’s expected production deliverables will mainly consist in:
. Drafting / updating process notes & workflows – with a formalization level adapted to the context (eg description of an as-is process for analysis vs documentation of an established process for procedural purpose)
. Reviewing and adapting Excel-based templates and tools for simplification and better integration
. Enhancing activity reporting solutions
The incumbent shall display an open and analytical approach with the ability to present conclusions and discuss on improvement areas with the team managers.
