- The Credit Risk – Regulatory Reporting Team Leader with his team contributes to the Credit Risk RWA computation and analysis, contributing to the calculation of the Group Basel solvency ratio and Pillar 3 disclosures (includes Group Accounting to Risk Reconciliation); Regulatory Reporting at Group and sub-consolidated level (COREP Own Funds/Large Exposures/Leverage Ratio, International Commitments, Country Risk, Pillar 2 – Short Term Exercice, G-SIB, Basel Monitoring – Quantitative Impact Study, etc.), Data quality and process optimization and supporting his manager in his role
Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate and supervise the team work in order to be aligned with the targets and objectives of the department and report to the Manager
- Collection and control of risk data (ensure the quality and integrity of the data used or enriched by the team)
- Calculations, analysis and reporting of RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) figures to several stakeholders
- Production of management information and variation analysis
- Reconciliation of Accounting and Risk exposures
- Coordination with related businesses (Risk, Finance, Capital Management) and group: Supervise and assist team with the production of several process and reports (Data consolidation and integration in ARC, COREP Own Funds/Large Exposures/Leverage Ratio/FRTB, International Commitments, Country Risk, Pillar 2 – Short Term Exercice, G-SIB, Basel Monitoring – Quantitative Impact Study, etc.); Have a proactive participation in the different projects linked to regulatory evolutions, reporting evolutions, process improvements, regulators requests, IT developments. Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Acknowledge and follow up all requests from clients, either for relief at source or reclaim purpose, create and prepare fiscal documentation whenever enhanced offer is in place for such clients and perform the necessary validations on the system and if applicable, communicate it to our custodian network. Assure that clients receive their payments or reclaim refunds according to the eligible market rules and their instructions
Your Main Activities Are
- Validate tax documentation provided by clients according to each market rule
- Control and assure correct taxation is applied on income payments
- Answer to Account Manager queries related to the activity managed
- Process cash reclaim refunds and assure accurate follow up and update of accountancy breaks and movements
- Report any risks or errors to line manager identified during daily tasks
- Contribute to procedure updates and business improvements
- Respect the established service level agreement (SLAs) and deadlines

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting

About the Job
- The Valuation Analyst position in Lisbon focuses on dealing with daily valuations which are crucial element for our clients (from NAV calculation for Asset Managers to decision-making for fast money) and for the bank’s risk management (via collateral) and are also the basis for prices on secondary trades.
- The Valuation Analyst role isn’t about pricing clients’ requests for quote but it involves a type of ad-hoc decision-making that directly impacts BNPP’s PNL; at the same time, the role demands synthesis and optimization capabilities
