Your Main Activities Are
- Global Markets Booking Model Monitoring governance and control: Contribute to the worldwide Global Markets Booking Model framework processes; Maintain and improve the Booking Model governance to review and approve any deviation to the standard Booking Model of the Group (GABA – Generally Accepted Booking Arrangements) ahead of trading of new transaction/launching of new activity leveraging on the TAC/NAC process and through a review of the TAC/NAC booking arrangements and requesting dedicated TAC/NAC; Maintain and improve the control framework to monitor ex-post the variation of the booking model (size, activity level, complexity, and specific setup); Maintain and improve Management Indicators reflecting the overview of the various constraints of the Booking Model; Contribute to MIs dashboards presentations and lead Booking Model Oversight Committees, answer to Regulatory requests / deep dives on Booking Model.
- Banking Book Equities: Maintenance and deployment oversight of the Charter of Valuation on non-listed equities on Banking Book; Ensure compliance of equity valuations with Group valuation guidelines; Coordinate with different stakeholders on the Non-Listed Equities in Banking Book, taking part into a formal governance (EBB VMC, follow-up meetings with data providers, Métiers, 2LoD regional Finance teams); Organization of central 2LoD quarterly testing campaign and issuance of a quarterly synthetic control memo

- As part of Finance Second Line of Defense, located in Lisbon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the BNPP’s control environment on financial information related to credit risk provisions (to give an idea, at end of December 2023, BNPP’s balance sheet shows 4.4bn€ of credit risk impairments on performing exposures and 13.6bn€ on non-performing exposures)
- Operating within the Finance & Strategy Department, you will drive the control practice on the credit risk provisioning process throughout the Group via a triple role: standard setter / animator of the control framework as co-owner (with First Line of Defense team(s)) of the credit risk provisioning control plans, and secretary of the IFRS9 Financial and Operational Risk Control Committee; coordinator of the control activity operated locally, second-line direct controller on central teams involved in the process
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure that control plans related to the credit risk provisioning process adequately cover the underpinning risks. Supervise the implementation of these controls within the Group (across entities, business lines, and central functions)

Your Main Activities Are

- In the course of Prime Brokerage activities, our settlement analyst/associates are responsible for ensuring all aspects of transaction management, for Prime Brokerage clients, are completed in due time, all exceptions are resolved, inquiries are addressed and provided with subject matter expertise. Your Main Activities Are

- Act as the second line of defense for CIB Finance Control framework and responsible for verifying the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business
