BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Financial Data Administrator manages and controls the quality of reference data on financial assets (security and third-party characteristics, valuations, index series, interest rates and fixed assets, etc.).
This data is disseminated in the consumer information system through various cross-functional processes of the company (investment process, general funds and Unit Links, asset and liability valuations, regulatory or client financial reporting, etc.).

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Financial Data Administrator is responsible for the quality of the data in the corporate reference framework for asset data, and in particular:
- Ensuring the proper management of the creation of workflows/third parties/portfolios in the repository, while respecting the requests of internal clients;
- Ensure that data is collected from financial information providers and is within the scope entrusted to them;
- Contribute to making data available to customer applications or processes within the agreed deadlines and quality;
- Contribute to the production of the reports needed to manage the business and the quality of the data;
- Participate in performing data quality and integrity controls, according to the control plan defined with management;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and integrity processes within the scope entrusted in relation to management, customers or any other stakeholder in the system;
AS OUR NEW FINANCIAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Knowledge or experience in data management (ideally financial/asset data)
- Experience with data quality control would be beneficial
- Strong Excel skills
- Market Data provider management (Bloomberg, Reuters, Morning Star) would be a big plus
- Fluent in English (additional fluency in French would be a big plus)
- Previous knowledge or experience in the asset management/financial markets industry would be beneficial

The “Données FAR” (stands for Finance, Actuary, and Risk Data) Department is in charge of providing data to 3 main departments of the company: Finance, Actuary and Risk. This part of the team is responsible for collecting, checking, and providing data from our business to our internal clients (Finance, Actuary, etc…) using automated tools.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE “FAR DATA” TEAM
You will participate in maintenance and development of a key Python-based tool. This tool extracts data from our accounts-management representative reporting, then transforms data to fit our format and needs, checks it, and then stores it in our database.
- Ensure maintenance of the Python-based asset and guarantee that every reporting from out accounts-management representative can be loaded
- Participate in the development of new features for the tool
- Participate in the development of new templates in the tool to extract data from new business or new accounts-management representative
- Participate in the development of new reporting in Microsoft PowerBI based on data from the Python tool
- Be the force of proposal in the optimization of the Python tool and technical framework.
AS OUR NEW PYTHON DEVELOPER, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data Analysis, Python Development or any other related areas
- Professional background about 2/5 years in data analysis for finance/accounting functions or as a Python Developer
- Python Full Stack Development, using libraries such as Pandas and TKinter, is mandatory
- Experience in SQL Query would be appreciated
- Experience in DataViz using Microsoft Power BI would be appreciated
- Experience in web form linked to Python script would be a great bonus
- Knowledge in AI and Machine learning on use cases such as fraud detection would be also be a great bonus

Main responsibilities:
* Integrate as part of multidisciplinary teams with HR and IT to set up new applications or modules, provided by external third parties.

About the job
- Within the OTC and Collateral Services (OCS) division, the OTC Valuation Services and Solutions team regroups specialists of valuation and margin calculation on OTC derivatives instruments. Your Main Activities Are
SOLUTION DESIGN / SETUP & ONBOARDING

- The Account Life Cycle Officer mission is to be one of the five Single Point of Contacts of the End to End Coordinator for Client On-boarding.
