About the job

  • The CBK Controls Team Leader’s mission is to focus on the internal controls performed within Cash Operations, being an active part of the team working towards a common goal, following procedures and activity organization

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support the team members in managing teams’ tasks, solve escalating issues, and report incidents
  • Define together with the team members the necessary support for daily activities
  • Ensure that tasks are coordinated to a high quality and service level
  • Contribute to the process of people management in line with the career path defined with the Operations Manager
  • Manage and follow people engagement and development. Anticipate team and activity management needs with the teams, in order to be able to address mobility with the due anticipation whenever possible
  • Define Team member’s objectives in line with the department strategy and together with the manager (local and activity) and perform regular objectives reviews
  • Ensure proper control on activity’s procedures and ensure their regular updating and verification
  • Collect all information relating to changes in procedure or market changes relevant to service partners and coordinate with management the way to proceed
  • Participate in new projects and contribute to the development of client relationships
  • Produce and deliver the necessary reports and KPI related to the work and the team
  • Share information and initiatives with the teams (in team meetings or events)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related
  • At least 3 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations or similar
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Ability to inspire others and generate people’s commitment
  • Ability to develop others and improve their skills
  • Decision making
  • Organisational skills
