About the job
- The Client Onboarding/Assets Migration Officer mission is to keep high quality services by close monitoring of the different elements, tasks and phases related to client onboarding and assets migration and deliver in due time the milestones agreed. Additionally, it is part of the mission to organize operational, technical, product and coverage teams, among others, until successful completion of the project
Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate onboarding and assets migration for France and Luxembourg branches clients and asset migration for the other European branches (in liaison with, among others, technical, operational, coverage, product teams in France and the relevant Business Implementation teams in the locations)
- Contact, oversight and coordinate with IT teams for communication flows, links and needed set ups for internal and external tools and applications needed and make sure the tests run smoothly before the client implementation
- Be the unique entry point of the client for all topics regarding Global Custody (settlement, corporate action, tax, cash) and make the implementation as smooth as possible
- Report the project progress to managers, coverage, operational teams and client
- If needed, support and help sales teams to complete Request For Proposal questionnaires focused on the onboarding process
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- From 3 to 4 years of Banking and Financial Operations
- Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Client focused
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
- Analytical ability (namely in Excel)
