About the job
- The Derivatives Static Data Analyst guarantees and performs the daily control and monitoring of the Bank/Clients details in the internal systems, ensuring the client accounts are open in due time and the set-up is align for the Client to trade in Listed Derivatives, while ensuring the objectives and the best practices of the department
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure Client account administration: opening, amendment & closing of client UBIX accounts based on Marketing/On Boarding & Client Services instructions formalized with a Client Opening / Amendment/ Closing form or by 2sworkflows ticket. Also ensure that all involved teams are accurately informed about new account openings and closings
- Contract reportable limits, Emir Reporting and GCM report monitoring. This is done in close coordination with Regulatory Reporting & Ops Teams
- Responsible for all the clearing Fees Management, set-up in internal systems as the needed updates
- Evaluate and update documented procedures to ensure they are complete and accurate
- Understand and get trained in all the tasks/activities related to the process; ensure the Knowledge transfer between the team on a periodic basis; and, participate on Brain Storming /Cross Knowledge sessions and share the best practices and ideas with the team members
- Interact with all needed internal and/or external entities in order to get additional information for unidentified entries; and, maintain Communication Channels with internal business teams
- Escalate unresolved open items to the Team Leader; understand the risks inherent to the daily activity and the existing Control Framework to mitigate the risks identified; and, take corrective measures/actions along with the Team Leader
- Seek for a constant automation of the processes, in order to ensure that the auto-matching rate for all sites is maintained at a consistent level; while identifying exceptions and out of balance situations, liaising with internal departments to reach resolution in a timely manner
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor degree in Business Management
- Up to 2 years of Experience in Banking and Financial Operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
- Ability to deliver/Results driven
- Attention to detail/rigor
