Your Main Activities Are 
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the team (France, USA and India) to fulfill the responsibilities;
  • Data Administration:
    • Manage data and repository administration, including daily monitoring and controls on market data, manual updates (closing prices, cross and rates), and maintenance of benchmarks, samples, and baskets of stocks;
    • Perform referential administration tasks, such as user management, and data updates on demand;
  • Operational and Functional Support:
    • Provide production and functional support for analysts and sales teams, including expertise on Cash Equities Advisory tools and second-level support on research production tools;
    • Act as a liaison with IT support and platform teams to resolve issues;
  • Research and Sales Request Management:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for the business on any request or issue, routing to the relevant team if needed;
    • Follow up on requests from end to end, including peer group creation, website scraping requests, new models creation, user rights management, and other ad-hoc requests;
  • Quality Improvement:
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality through writing and updating operational procedures, attending activity meetings, and reporting;
Profile and Skills to Success 

•    Bachelor’s degree in finance or IT;

•    2 years (at least) of relevant experience;

•    Fluency in English (mandatory);

•    Knowledgeable in Financial Markets, Finance and Equity, Office Pack;

•    VBA, Tableau, Bloomberg (preferred);

•    Ability to deliver / Results driven;

•    Adaptability and critical thinking;

•    Communication skills – oral and written;

•    Ability to collaborate / team work.

About the Team 
  • BNP Paribas Exane is the Cash Equities division of BNP Paribas Global Markets. Within this division, the Equity Research team plays a key role. Our team of research analysts is client-facing, producing in-depth fundamental analysis and staying on top of industry trends. We also provide actionable stock recommendations on the companies we cover and share our views/ insights with institutional investor clients through various communication channels, keeping them informed and up-to-date.
