About the job
- Be responsible for providing a full set of HR professional services ranging between the onboarding of new employees and the overall management of employees queries during their entire life-cycle experience at BNP Paribas. Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs/tools
- Ensure Human Resource Information Systems data maintenaince, employee relations and compensation & benefits administration
Your Main Activities Are
- Produce and manage all the contractual documents and follow through all other support documentation for hiring purposes.
- Update internal databases with new hire/employees information.
- Gather payroll data and working days.
- Partner with management promoting Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rullings based on the labor law.
- Answer questions from other HR teams/professionals and employees regarding HR matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance.
- Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
- Able to handle problems which may be difficult but typically not complex
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelors degree, namely in Human Resources or social Sciences
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in HR Administration positions
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
