MAST Premium Service Sales Intern

Your Main Activities Are

The main responsibilities are to accompany and shadow during the internship senior sales on:

• Identify costumer needs and customize our systematic response (e-trade)
• Sell FXLM products and promote the Group’s brand to Institutional and corporates clients.
• Advise clients about short term market changes, trade ideas and trading axes
• Hold regular performance reviews with clients
• Understanding how clients choose counterparties for risk pricing and maximizing the chances to see the trades
• Provide clients with market data, prices and other information
• Prioritize digitalization, automation and use data to improve the clients’ journey, drive BNPP’s growth and market share expansion
• Monitor, manage and market e-trading capabilities and performance

Profile and Skills to Success

• Interest and understanding in Financial Markets & derivatives products.
• Analytical skills around critical thinking, ease with numbers 
• Analytical ability with digital Mindset, competent using data. 
• Attention to detail/rigor. 
• Curious, self-driven, able to take initiatives.
• Ability to communicate clearly. Fluent in English, other languages helpful.
• Creativity & innovation / problem solving.
• Ability to deliver / Results driven with proactivity and client focused (selling techniques)

About the Team 

The Forex Exchange and Local Markets (FXLM) Market Access Sales Team (MAST) at BNP Paribas (BNPP) acts as the point of contact for clients who are looking for help with sourcing liquidity, getting efficient market access, pricing, and execution, by engaging in high-frequency interactions.
