CCCO (Conduct and Control Chief Officer) is a transversal and independent team responsible for overseeing non-financial risks and deploying a strong conduct and permanent control framework across GM.
The TAC NAC team is a key component of CCCO, responsible for coordinating the approval processes for new transactions and activities. The team is present in the 3 regions, with a presence in Paris, London and Lisbon for EMEA.
We are seeking a TAC NAC Coordinator to join our team. As a TAC NAC Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the TAC NAC committees. Your main tasks will include coordinating exceptional transactions (TAC) and new activities processes (NAC), ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and providing advisory and support to stakeholders.
Your Main Activities Are
TAC NAC Coordination:
- Coordinate exceptional transactions and new activities processes, acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders, and support the Committee Chairperson
- Ensure the monitoring and follow-up of action points raised by the approval committees’ stakeholders, and the execution status with Business Sponsors
- Liaise with Business Sponsors and the Chairperson on key points identified by the LOD2 Functions
- Provide advisory support, ensure compliance with internal methodologies, tools, and standards
- Perform qualitative reviews of internal memos and functions’ opinions
- Liaise & Interact with OPC / TAC NAC teams worldwide
Transversal Activities:
- Ensure data input and quality check for the reports
- Contribute to the GM Governance (CORE meetings, GM ICC, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of regular reporting on the main operational risk indicators
- Strengthen the GM validation process through regular training, reporting, and controls
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor, Post-Graduation, or Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field (Science, Maths, Law).
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Knowledge in investment banking is a plus
- Knowledge of Operational Risk and Permanent Controls is a plus
- Project management skills is a plus
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity
- Advisory, analysis, mediation, and decision-making capabilities as main point of contact between Functions, Business, and Chairpersons
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff and management at all levels
- Ability to work as part of a team, with autonomy, determination, and capacity for initiative
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on time, manage multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to work under pressure
