- The Operational and Permanent Control Team Leader is responsible to ensure the coordination of the Control framework relating to all operational risks, including Fraud, Third Party, Conduct, Compliance, Regulatory, Information & Communication Technology risks, and other risk types. - The Referential Client Administration Trainee will be assisting in the management of the client life-cycle, analysis and coordination of client off-boarding due to mergers and acquisitions or termination of relationship
Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders, such as Legal, Risk, Due Diligence, Compliance and Trading Desks, the migration of the assets and liabilities, Trades, Legal and Risk agreements
- Participate in internal projects in order to reconcile data and the business status of a client with external sources, such as Bloomberg, Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) and National Trade Registers Worldwide
- Participate in the off-boarding client process in accordance with defined procedure
- Perform additional set ups and controls in accordance with client data
- Contribute to KPI on a daily basis and provide visibility on the production and issues to the management
- Contribute to any project impacting its perimeter whenever required by the management

Your Main Activities Are
- Monitor counterparty risk exposure of Financial Institutions and Corporates
- Analyse the trigger of counterparty risk exposure limit excesses and share the root cause to the credit analysts, credit officers and the relevant business lines.
- When relevant, highlight transactions that breached the bank’s counterparty risk appetite and prepare the relevant warning to the front office.
- Support some pre-trade simulation alongside Front Office on exotic transactions
- For identified transactions, perform overrides of the counterparty risk pricer using the appropriate override pre-defined methodology.
- Participate to the roll-out of counterparty risk management monitoring frameworks improvements.

- Be responsible for providing a full set of HR professional services ranging between the onboarding of new employees and the overall management of employees queries during their entire life-cycle experience at BNP Paribas. Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs/tools
