- BNPP Wealth Management “Métier” is composed of 2 main business models structuring its activity
- Wealth Management Domestic Markets (DM) and International Retail Markets (IRM) employ a unique model in which Private Banks at the domestic level are supported by BNPP’s international and domestic Retail Banks
- Wealth Management Global Asian and International Markets (GAIM) is comprised of an international approach and offer, largely based on client booking sites and their dedicated IT platforms
- BNP Paribas Wealth Management CDO Office (led by the Chief Digital & Data Officer) is a dedicated team within the Métier in charge of Data/AI topics including Data Management and Data Protection topics, with different roles over different geographies
- The key objectives of the CDO Office are to
- Drive WM strategy and vision for Data & AI ensuring data protection & privacy
- Promote the “Know Your Data” culture
- Contribute to maximize the value creation through data strategy to support growth and performance, considering other data-related initiatives at BNPP WM level
- WM Data Privacy & Protection Expert will assist the CDO Team in Paris in steering WM Data Strategy and roadmap for the data privacy and protection domains. He/She will be in charge of the Group Data Protection framework implementation within WM GAIM entities
Your Main Activities Are
- The Data Privacy & Protection Expert will work closely with the CDO Office based in Paris. He/She will be in charge of the Privacy “day-to-day” activities with respect to the Group Data Protection framework applicable to the WM GAIM entities
- Contribute to the animation of the Data Protection community within WM GAIM
- Interact with various key stakeholders (local CDO/DPO, DCIO, CISO, Legal, among others)
- Ensure the implementation/application of the Group Data Protection framework
- Monitor the Data Protection Indicators (e.g. Personal Data breaches) at WM GAIM level
- Act as a data Subject Matter Expert on WM regulatory & Business / IT projects
- Support the Project Managers in conducting the Privacy Assessments
- Review the Data Protection Schedule in any project involving a contractual frame
- Ensure the Data classification policy application within WM IT assets
- Follow up of operational and IT action plans liaising with the Data Custodian IT Officer
- Maintain the Personal Data Protection documentation up to date, notably Personal Data Record of Processing Activities (creation, maintenance and update) and associated Privacy assessments
- Ensure the Cookies management for WM digital assets is consistent with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to promote awareness on privacy and protection matters across WM
- Contribute to the control framework on privacy & protection

Your Main Activities Are
- Deliver an harmonized on-boarding and off-boarding process for external staff across different scopes, contribute to reduce the security and compliance risk identifying and reporting risk situations on the processes, for instance leavers identified too late, and contribute to data quality control and follow up
- Process direct expenses and external staff invoicing management, perform the payment follow-up for Financial Accountant in Practice, produce KPI and dashboards, execute monthly accruals reporting to Finance of external staff and centralize all data to perform more accurate Accruals of External staff
- Produce reports at entity level and for a variety of stakeholders and internal departments, contribute to reduce current and future operational risk and workload on management and centralize all data to perform accurate reporting, including Headcount Analysis, Collecte des Effectifs & Forfaits
- Contribute to the results of the Management Support Team by taking the initiative in daily tasks, anticipating them in order to have them completed before deadlines, facilitating cooperation and interactions whilst acknowledging the benefit of differing viewpoints and ways of working
- Identify and correct issues or errors, escalating in case of any exceptional or irregular situation as well as raise alerts when needed and as soon as possible to allow the proper management of the situation at hand and to insure a high level of service of the Management Support team

FAITES PARTIE DE NOTRE ÉQUIPE FLUX FINANCIER / ANALYSE DES COMPTES
Vous intégrerez la Direction Client au sein du département Flux financiers et plus particulièrement le service Analyse des Comptes. Vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler avec l’ensemble des départements de cette Direction, mais aussi avec la Direction financière (Comptabilités). L’activité consistera à analyser au quotidien les écritures bancaires non rapprochées afin de les apurer et produire mensuellement les rapprochements bancaires du portefeuille de comptes qui vous sera confié. Vous contrôlerez sur le périmètre confié, la qualité des décaissements manuels et automatiques produits la veille. Enfin vous contribuerez à la production trimestriels des travaux d’arrêtés.

Le(a) Chargé(e) de Comptes de Flux Financiers ADC est responsable de la gestion des flux financiers en termes de :

CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR VOUS SI :
- Vous maitrisez le Français (niveau C1)
- Vous êtes détenteur d’un BAC+2 en comptabilité, finances….

FAITES PARTIE DE NOTRE ÉQUIPE FLUX FINANCIER / ANALYSE DES COMPTES
Vous intégrerez la Direction Client au sein du département Flux financier et plus particulièrement le service Analyse des Comptes. Vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler avec l’ensemble des départements de cette Direction, mais aussi avec la Direction financière (Comptabilités). L’activité consistera à analyser au quotidien les écritures bancaires non rapprochées afin de les apurer et produire mensuellement les rapprochements bancaires du portefeuille de comptes qui vous sera confié. Vous contrôlerez sur le périmètre confié, la qualité des décaissements manuels et automatiques produits la veille. Enfin vous contribuerez à la production trimestriels des travaux d’arrêtés (calcul des provisions, interprétation des soldes, Sign-off, procédures du contrôle permanent).
VOTRE FUTURE MISSION AU SEIN DES FLUX FINANCIER / ANALYSE DES COMPTES
Le/La Responsable d’Équipe ADC intervient sur tout ou partie des activités suivantes :
- Coordonner le traitement et le contrôle des opérations (qu’elles soient gérées en interne ou via des délégataires) afin de respecter les engagements de qualité de service et de maîtrise des risques,
- Contribuer à l’optimisation des parcours clients finaux
- Contribuer à l’analyse, la priorisation, et la résolution de problèmes (mesures correctives et préventives) afin de fiabiliser les process de gestion.
- Assurer la déclinaison des politiques de sécurité, de qualité et de conformité (Plan de contrôle, Audit, Plan de continuité d’activité…) dans son équipe
- Garantir un management de proximité avec son équipe
- Assurer un rôle d’interface et transmettre de l’information
- Accompagner ses collaborateurs dans le développement de leurs compétences techniques et comportementales
- Garantir le pilotage opérationnel de l’activité (performance et activité)
CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR VOUS SI :
- Vous maitrisez le Français (niveau C1 minimum) et l’Anglais (niveau B1-B2)
- Vous êtes détenteur d’un BAC+3 en comptabilité/finance ou BAC+2 avec expérience significative en comptabilité et/ou rapprochements bancaires
- Expérience en tant que responsable d’équipe et de 3 ans minimum en comptabilité, analyse de comptes, réconciliation de comptes, rapprochements bancaires, etc.
