- The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a solution provider towards their client and a strategic partner on HR-related topics within their scope. The HRBP provides a fully integrated, comprehensive HR role with focus on developing and maintaining relationship with designated domain, providing HR advice and services in line with domain strategic objective
- The HRBP is part of a diversified HR Community and will leverage knowledge of specialist HR teams for specialist advice on Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, etc.

- Functional monitoring and control of the chains, from Booking system to Regulatory layer and to Market authorities. - Analyse failures: Regulatory chain is complex and failures happened at all stages. Purpose is to analyse root cause, propose workaround and manage interim until fix is deployed on Production

- Participate in change management: Support Analyst has to assess impact, communicate and follow up releases across the supported applications

BE PART OF OUR ACCOUNTING TEAM
Within our Accounting team, you will contribute directly to the day-to-day management of various tasks with multiple interlocutors.
By working in a central department within the accounting team, you will be at the forefront of participating in the transformation of the Finance Department and BNP Paribas Cardif.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE ACCOUNTING TEAM
You will oversee steering, leading and controlling the accounting work on various entities and taking into account the internal control requirements required by the BNP Paribas Group.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Guarantee the justifications of the accounts under your responsibility :
- Payments process for suppliers and collaborators (Expense report) of the BNP Paribas Cardif GIE – you will be responsible for the proper execution of controls to secure the process ;
- The management of fixed assets – you will be responsible for data entry and follow-up in the monitoring tools and you will participate to inter-service meetings on decommissioning/exits and depreciations ;
- Accounting for Overhead Expenses on three other entities – you will be responsible for meeting the deadlines related to the quarterly financial statements ;
- You will contribute to exchanges with the auditors on the various entities.
- Degree in accounting / finance / audit
- 3 years in a similar position
- Fluent in French (B2/C1 level is mandatory)
- Good accounting knowledge – insurance industry knowledge is a plus (mainly accounts payable/accounts receivable)
- Proficient with MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with Coda and/or YourCégid would be beneficial

L’Italian Alerts Analyst si occupa di analizzare gli alerts ed i profili di rischio dei clienti per conto di Cardif Italy, per quanto riguarda i contratti assicurativi nell’ambito del Team.
Dovrai assicurare che tutte le attività e richieste vengano gestite nel rispetto del quadro normativo di riferimento, delle tempistiche e delle procedure fornite. Sarai inserito all’interno del team e operarai in stretta collaborazione con la casa madre e le sue affiliate, coltivando relazioni solide fondate sulla reciproca fiducia.
LA TUA FUTURA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DEL TEAM COME ALERTS ANALYST:
· Garantire un’accurata analisi degli alerts e relativi hits, adottando e rispettando le procedure aziendali e tutte le fasi di analisi richieste.
· Effettuare l’analisi degli alerts (Sanctions/PEP), generati dalla piattaforma SUN, rispettando le priorità, processi e linee guida forniti dal team leader.
· Eseguire tutte le verifiche e le ricerche necessarie con lo scopo di classificare ogni hit e alert sotto la sua responsabilità. Tutte le decisioni relative agli alerts saranno documentate rispettando un formato predefinito.
· Assicurare sempre il più alto livello di servizio e qualità in ogni fase della lavorazione Analizzare le richieste di assistenza agli interventi delle officine (via telefono o via extranet) che includono:

About the job
- The Quantitative Data Intelligence (QDI) team is responsible for providing data, insights, and analysis to Global Markets front office.
- The team aims to build a solid database from various sources and develop analysis, reports and dashboards to provide valuable insight to the Front Office in a rapid, agile manner.
- Our team is responsible for multiple steps regarding data processing: Data Feeds industrialization, ETL, Data Warehousing and Data Visualization. We are in direct contact with business sponsors, sales, and traders.
- We seek to shape the technologies available to the client’s needs – we plan in processing the data using Python and SQL, while delivering the final product in Tableau, Power BI, APIs, and Chat bots.
Your Main Activities Are
- To be part of an international and diverse team who helps Global Markets Front Office to get to know their clients better and identify opportunities and trends throught what data can tell.
- As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in our team. Working directly with one or more of the bank’s business areas, you will provide valuable insights to drive business growth, understading their needs, proposing and implementing data-driven solutions (analysis, visualization and automation). You will exercise a lot of problem identification and problem solving skills.
- You will have the opportunity to take ownership of business essential analytical projects that involve retrieving, preparing and analysing complex datasets using data/statistical models and best practices in data visualization for the reporting creation, with the goal to produce insights and automated tools that will guide strategic solutions.
- You will move between technical and non-technical areas and should be able to communicate well with different types of professionals. It is very important to be able to clearly and concisely understand stekeholders’ needs and translate these to our technical team, as well as present the results of complex analysis to our stakeholders.

Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
- Availability to work in the hybrid model or in person in the Lisbon or Porto office
- Professional experience in any data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI
- Professional experience in data analysis with programming, preferably Python (Pandas)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to analysze, synthetize and simplify.
- Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing is a plus.
- Knowledge in Big Data technology such as Pyspark, Presto and Airflow is a plus
- Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is a plus
