- Manage Corporate Actions and Income events and client enquiries, by respecting the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) and operational procedures
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure all Corporate Actions & Income setups, instructions and payments are processed while meeting standards established by the Bank and the team’s procedures
- Guarantee the four-eyes checking principle whenever is necessary and without any form exception
- Provide accurate and detailed information to clients and service partners pertaining to Corporate Actions and Income events. Guarantees the support of clients and other relevant stakeholders during the process
- Manage all queries and client service requests in the dedicated tools to allow statistical analysis of activity
- Guarantee that all procedures are updated on an ongoing basis, taking into account market, service and product changes and/or potential risk factors
- Develop knowledge of existing markets, their changes and financial instruments by making regular use of various information sources (Market Updates, Client Updates, market announcements, etc…)
- Contribute to the improvement of service delivery and client satisfaction by sharing improvements to the process whenever applicable

- The BDO DE Custody Analyst is responsible to provide asset servicing as a post trading service and within corporate actions and income, to inform clients, according to their portfolio, of all changes their assets may be affected by as per issuer/shareholder’s decision as well as the distribution of profits and dividends, acting as an intermediary between the client investment and the market

- The Finance Capital Markets Products Specialist mission is to measure, control and explain the financial reporting of the Region’s entities, covering a large part of BNP Paribas Business Lines, which encompasses research, structuring, trading and sales of equity, index and fund derivatives. YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE “FAR DATA” TEAM
You will participate in maintenance and development of a key Python-based tool. This tool extracts data from our accounts-management representative reporting, then transforms data to fit our format and needs, checks it, and then stores it in our database.
- Ensure maintenance of the Python-based asset and guarantee that every reporting from out accounts-management representative can be loaded
- Participate in the development of new features for the tool
- Participate in the development of new templates in the tool to extract data from new business or new accounts-management representative
- Participate in the development of new reporting in Microsoft PowerBI based on data from the Python tool
- Be the force of proposal in the optimization of the Python tool and technical framework.
AS OUR NEW PYTHON DEVELOPER, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data Analysis, Python Development or any other related areas
- Professional background about 2/5 years in data analysis for finance/accounting functions or as a Python Developer
- Python Full Stack Development, using libraries such as Pandas and TKinter, is mandatory
- Experience in SQL Query would be appreciated

MISSION OF GROUP HR TOOLS
The HR Tools team’s mission is to deliver flexible, customer-oriented, high quality and cost-effective HR tools and services to BNP Paribas employees and HR teams. We are part of Group HR and based in Lisbon and Brussels. We work closely together with Group HR in Paris and the HR departments in more than 70 countries.
These Group HR Tools cover the following HR processes: Learning & Development, Recruitment & Mobility, Performance & Career, Global Reporting, GHR referential (EdgaHR, OPAL…).
The department HR Tools is in charge of the deployment and support of Group HR tools (My Development, About Me, Bwelcome) as well as Group HR referential (RefOG/OPAL, EdgaHR/Sacha, JAD, Skilleo) and Global Reporting. For some of these tools/referential, HR Tools plays the role of Product Owner. HR Tools team is also in charge of animating the users’ communities, via Sounding Boards, Sharepoint management and other events.
You will become part of a “squad” dedicated to an HR Tool, with members located in Brussels and in Lisbon, who daily work together in a strong collaboration to reach the same set of goals.
Within this department, we are looking for HR Tools Specialists, more specifically in the areas of Staffing and Performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Your activities will focus on the tool you work on (MyDevelopment, AboutMe, Bwelcome, Edgahr,…). You hierarchically report to the HR Tools Team leader in Lisbon and functionally to the HR Tools manager in Brussels.
Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge of the tool you are in charge of and its future evolutions (ex for Saas, by participating in training, watching provider videos, reading release documentation, … )
Deployment & follow up tool evolutions :
– Change mgt, gap analysis, training, follow & test evolutions on tools, absorb releases, parameter setting in tool)
– help to manage the Change Requests backlog, advise Product owner on priority
– Extra tasks for SaaS (My Development, Taleo/Avature) in collaboration with ITG:
. Evaluate with community the use of new functionalities pushed by providers (SaaS) and set up these functionalities in the tools.
. Input to SaaS provider on requirements: Community of clients : suggestion city, meetings, beta groups, …
. Change projects (as it is a full SaaS, only selection, change mgt and training is to be done)
Project contribution capacity: experts that work on difficult tool requests (support/change) and can be used to contribute to major projects (BWelcome, HRCore, …)
Deploy the tool you are in charge of in new entities
Management of the administrators community (Sounding boards, Sharepoint,…) and keep good trust relationship with them
Support Level 2 (complex requests)

- Within the OTC and Collateral Services (OCS) division, the OTC Valuation Services and Solutions team regroups specialists of valuation and margin calculation on OTC derivatives instruments. - The team of Business Credit Advisors (BCA) is a transversal team of financial risk experts inside the Business (CIB2S SBD&T).In this role, you will develop close relationships based on confidence with the people in diverse CIB2S departments (client development representatives, product managers, senior management) and other teams closely involved in risk management: FIC ICAT and RISK teams acting as 2 Line of Defense (LoD2)
Your Main Activities Are
