- Within the OTC and Collateral Services (OCS) division, the OTC Valuation Services and Solutions team regroups specialists of valuation and margin calculation on OTC derivatives instruments. They bring their financial, technical and operational expertise to our clients during its whole relationship with BNP PARIBAS, and they act as support of:
– Client Development teams during the pre-sales process
– Operational teams for business-as-usual service
– Internal BNP Paribas departments (Collateral Management, Fund Administration, Depobank, IRP) for any query, discrepancy or dispute requiring expertise
– BNP Paribas’s clients, mainly asset owners & asset managers (investment operations, pricing teams, risk management…)
Your Main Activities Are
SOLUTION DESIGN / SETUP & ONBOARDING
- You accompany the development of OCS and design solutions of valuation and margin calculation in line with the needs of our clients and our capacities and compliant with the regulations and the control framework of the bank:
– Analysis of our client’s portfolios, and definition of the appropriate valuation and margin calculation setup (methodology, provider choice, processes, pricing control policy…), together with our partners and their experts
– Steering of the design and roll-out of the technical solutions for our clients, jointly with our service delivery teams and in line with our services strategy and operating model
– Training the client and the internal stakeholders in the new services, and follow-up until and after the roll-out
– Definition of the documentation (Client SLA, Client Technical Card, procedures,…)
CLIENT-FACING EXPERT SUPPORT
- You provide expert-support to the client and the internal stakeholders in the resolution of “level 3” issues, in relation to the instruments, their valuation and initial margin calculation, or the service setup:
– Analysis of valuation discrepancies (in variation or in relation to a benchmark)
– Adjustment of the valuation setup if necessary
– Explanations to the client / internal stakeholders
– Participation to service reviews and due diligences
ONBOARDING
- You steer the onboarding of clients in our OTC Valuation and Margin Calculation setup with the other stakeholders (Client Delivery, IT…)
BUSINESS AND OPERATING MODEL MANAGEMENT
- You manage the framework of the activity:
– Definition and maintenance of new operational processes
– Improvement/optimization of the Global Operating Mode
– Implementation of quality controls (Service Quality and Performance Monitoring)
– Revenues and Expenses control
MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
- You are responsible for:
– Implementation and coordination of the Product Control Framework (Risk and Control Self Assessment, NAC conditions,…)
– Coordination of Change Management framework
Profile and Skills to Success
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in capital market activities/instruments (ideally in Middle/Back-office services in a bank and/or institutional investors)
- Knowledge in capital market instruments (ideally OTC derivatives, and in front-to-back processes including valuation, trade lifecycle, collateral management processes)

- The team of Business Credit Advisors (BCA) is a transversal team of financial risk experts inside the Business (CIB2S SBD&T).In this role, you will develop close relationships based on confidence with the people in diverse CIB2S departments (client development representatives, product managers, senior management) and other teams closely involved in risk management: FIC ICAT and RISK teams acting as 2 Line of Defense (LoD2)
Your Main Activities Are
- Contributing to the credit approval process by acting as a privileged point of contact within the CIB2S organization for the Client Development & Business lines of CIB2S and, on the opposite side, for the LoD2 RISK representatives
- Assist and help the Business in the preparation and structuring of credit requests both for ad-hoc requests and for regular annual reviews

- The Account Life Cycle Officer mission is to be one of the five Single Point of Contacts of the End to End Coordinator for Client On-boarding. - The Documentation Matching Analyst is responsible for checking the integrity and accuracy of the booking and help managing the subsequent risks undertaken by the business lines
- The Matching teams’ primary function is to support the Trading and Sales desks through the matching of electronic and paper confirmations on a variety of products (vanilla, exotics, complex structures) and asset classes (Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Credit and Interest Rates Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, precious metals and other commodities)

- Check FO booking to ensure all trades are captured in the systems and that the details are in line with documentations received from clients. Concrètement votre quotidien ?
Vous serez pleinement intégré à la force de vente locale de Global Markets pour les marchés Allemandes basées à Lisbonne et vous ajouterez rapidement de la valeur à l’équipe de vente. En tant que membre de la force de vente locale Global Markets EQD, vous travaillerez sur les tâches pré-commerciales, les tâches post-commerciales et des tâches liées à la transformation numérique.
Tâches pré-commerciales
• Interagir avec les Clients pour finaliser leur entrée en relation
• Préparation et communication aux Clients, documents marketing/emplacements/courriels
• S’assurer que nous sommes d’accord pour négocier avant de le faire (Conformité / Crédit / etc.)
Tâches post-commerciales
• Finalisation de la réservation des transactions dans le système Sales en amont
• Interagir avec notre chaîne interne MO à BO, concernant toute transaction négociée
• Interagir avec les clients et les services à la clientèle concernant toute transaction négociée
• Interagir avec Legal, concernant toute transaction négociée
Traitement des demandes
• Réception des demandes des clients

• Augmenter continuellement la rétroaction et les idées d’amélioration pour améliorer la rationalisation du flux de travail
• Améliorer le ratio de conversion du flux à haute tension en flux Lite afin d’incruster l’efficacité et de réduire le risque opérationnel.

Basée à Lisbonne, votre équipe spécifique est composée de plus de 30 employés organisés en sous-scopes, chacun desservant différents bureaux de vente EQD dans les deux entreprises de la franchise mondiale EQD (Distribution et Institutionnels). Pour cette mission en particulier, nous sommes en charge d’assister et de développer l’activité Distribution allemande, c’est-à-dire vendre principalement des produits structurés et dérivés sur actions ou à revenu fixe à des banques privées, des distributeurs ou d’autres institutions financières. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec une équipe basée à Francfort composée d’environ 4 personnes.
Au sein de BNP Paribas CIB, Global Markets (GM) propose une large gamme de produits et services sur les marchés des taux d’intérêt, du crédit, des devises, des actions et des matières premières. Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master spécialisé en finance et avez acquis une expérience pertinente sur les marchés financiers (stages et alternance inclus).
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et vous parlez couramment l’allemand.
Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de MS Office (Excel notamment) et Bloomberg ainsi que de solides compétences en mathématiques financières, en numérique.
Vous avez également une solide connaissance de la tarification des produits dérivés.
