About the job
- The Finance Jurisdictions is a transversal team responsible for managing the access rights of users to the applications of the central Finance System
- The team is in charge of standardizing the process for users requests through an unique channel MyIAM and provide assistance to users worldwide via dedicated workflow for users support
- The access to Finance applications are designed according to the users activities via creation, adaptation and update of Business Roles for every Business unit under the Central Jurisdictions governance, taking into consideration the securities rules of the Finance & Strategy function
- The team manage its own projects by implementing access to new tools, application evolutions, or updating Business roles consequently to F&S transformation projects. The team contribute also actively to F&S projects for creation of new Business roles for new population entering in the scope of the central system
- The Central Jurisdictions team is guiding and supervising the activity of several delegated Administrators managing the access for some Business lines of the group
Your Main Activities Are
- Manage user access requests in MYIAM, MyAccess
- Provisioning the access requests by creating, adding, or revoking access rights to the users in the applications in the perimeter of activity
- Perform review of users rights in applications within the perimeter of activity
- Perform any cleaning actions required by the management in applications within the perimeter of activity
- Perform annual recertification of accesses in MyIAM
- Supporting application users trough dedicated workflow, and coordinate with relevant teams for any query related to access to tools within the perimeter of activity
- Create and maintain up to date the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the applications access rights
- Update KPIs on UAM activities
- Accompany Finance & Strategy project teams for implementing new Business roles for new entities and new populations entering under the scope of Finance applications – explain the security rules and requirement for validation workflows
- Implement access rights model for new application set in production
- Participate for adapting the access rights processes and settings every time when there is an evolution requirement from IT teams
- Implement Business roles for new teams withing Finance and Strategy
- Deploy MyIAM as an unique F&S access request tracking tool
- Take over the activities of some locals Admin under the scope of Central Jurisdiction team
- Automate most repetitive tacks and implement new technologies and solutions
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree completed
- At least 7 years of professional experience in project management

About the job
- The Documentation Drafting Analyst’s mission is to manage the subsequent risks undertaken by the business lines by checking the integrity and accuracy of the booking. The teams primary function is to support the Trading and Sales desks through the drafting of OTC physical confirmations on a variety of products (vanilla, exotics, complex structures) and asset classes (Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Credit and Interest Rates Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, precious metals and other commodities) by performing a critical control role in the timely reconciliation of bookings with the term sheet and the confirmation, also being responsible for notifying all post trade events with clients
- The teams ensure that all transactions subject to a manual physical confirmation are controlled, issues identified, reported and fixed by working closely with traders, sales people, legal and other relevant departments in the bank. The team is also involved in process improvements with a special focus on straight through processing (STP) and management of risk and controls, new product initiatives, development of new business in different regions of the world
Your Main Activities Are
- Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards and Options, for example Option Strategies (Barrier, Knock-in Knock-out, Accumulator) and Hybrid Strategies
- Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients

À la Direction des Gestion d’Actifs de BNP Paribas Cardif, l’objectif premier est le placement des primes des clients et des capitaux propres pour les faire fructifier.

- Etre responsable de la qualité des données du référentiel d’entreprise des données d’actifs, et plus particulièrement :

The Financial Data Administrator manages and controls the quality of reference data on financial assets (security and third-party characteristics, valuations, index series, interest rates and fixed assets, etc.).
This data is disseminated in the consumer information system through various cross-functional processes of the company (investment process, general funds and Unit Links, asset and liability valuations, regulatory or client financial reporting, etc.).

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Financial Data Administrator is responsible for the quality of the data in the corporate reference framework for asset data, and in particular:
- Ensuring the proper management of the creation of workflows/third parties/portfolios in the repository, while respecting the requests of internal clients;
- Ensure that data is collected from financial information providers and is within the scope entrusted to them;
- Contribute to making data available to customer applications or processes within the agreed deadlines and quality;
- Contribute to the production of the reports needed to manage the business and the quality of the data;
- Participate in performing data quality and integrity controls, according to the control plan defined with management;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and integrity processes within the scope entrusted in relation to management, customers or any other stakeholder in the system;
AS OUR NEW FINANCIAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Knowledge or experience in data management (ideally financial/asset data)
- Experience with data quality control would be beneficial
- Strong Excel skills
- Market Data provider management (Bloomberg, Reuters, Morning Star) would be a big plus
- Fluent in English (additional fluency in French would be a big plus)
- Previous knowledge or experience in the asset management/financial markets industry would be beneficial

Your Main Activities Are
