- CO3 Governance team actively manages on a daily basis all Platform transversal topics: Coordination of Territory policies and requests, Internal communication and Platform rules
- The team ensures that Infinity EMEA meets with the Group and Legal requirements; secures the calendar and the monitoring of transversal regular organizational affairs on a timely and efficient manner
- It is expected to monitor and assess the key indicators of the Platform such as the customer/employee feedback or the operational workload per service
Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate the Lean Community and support the platform improving its services via training program, Ambassadors’ program and Champions’ program, creating a culture within the Platorfm
- Review s-ABC on an annual basis and ensure on quarterly basis the new entities impacts; managing the Operational KPIs required, ensuring the workload of the teams impacted are justified and explained towards the stakeholders
- Monitor the invoicing model, SLA management, BMC sessions and any request impacting the team’s activity
- Coordinate and interact with managers and Financial Controllers on the updates in the Cartography, on a quarterly basis. Ensure the Finance Taxonomy is applied within the Platform
- Ensure that the SPOC manages all topics around TPRM and GDPR, ensuring a good relationship with local DPO and CDO of each territory, participating in DP Forums and implement remediation plan if needed
- Providing KPIs of the Platform and their analysis
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree completed
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business administration
- Professional experience in finance, business analysis and/or technical architecture roles
- Experience on multinational environment within support and administrative tasks
- Experience in LEAN activity and knowledge of legal topics
- Fluent in English, oral and written
- Solid understanding of communications dynamics with the ability to synthesize field requirements and corporate resources to help implement a content and communications strategy
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, and also strategic thinking

O Gestor de Conta tem como missão principal gerir, fidelizar e aumentar uma carteira de pontos de venda, ajustando a oferta do BNPP PF às necessidades comerciais de cada parceiro, de forma a alcançar os objetivos de produção, rentabilidade e de risco estabelecidos.
Destacamos as seguintes responsabilidades:
- Negoceia as condições financeiras da colaboração com os PDV, obtendo acordos que vão ao encontro dos interesses do BNPP PF, de forma a garantir o volume e a rentabilidade da produção. Ativa e fideliza a carteira de PDV para que realizem operações de financiamento de modo contínuo e coerente.
- Angaria pontos de venda (PDV), detetando oportunidades de negócio, realizando prospeções e efetuando o tratamento de afiliações.
- Realiza um controlo qualitativo da carteira, analisando indicadores de desempenho, efetuando alertas e planeando ações de melhoria, de forma a assegurar uma produção saudável e a cumprir com os objetivos de risco estabelecidos.
- Realiza controlos de Risco parceiro em concordância com os procedimentos de compliance do Banco, nomeadamente sobre Termos de Compromisso e Responsabilização, averbamentos de viaturas e linhas de de crédito de stock, que podem implicar auditorias físicas ao stock, e define planos de ação para ultrapassar as irregularidades.
- Dinamiza a venda de produtos complementares e fomenta as boas práticas comerciais numa perspetiva de Financiamento e Seguros.
- Planeia e realiza visitas presenciais, participa em reuniões de balanço e ministra ações de formação junto dos parceiros, efetuando um acompanhamento próximo, de modo a transmitir informação e conhecimentos, avaliar o sucesso das ações implementadas e a garantir a qualidade da parceria.
- Prepara e elabora relatórios da sua atividade, analisando indicadores de desempenho, para permitir o acompanhamento das ações e dos resultados.
- Participa em reuniões com o responsável de área e com a equipa para reporte de resultados, análise e discussão de tendências e desvios, partilha de informação relativa ao mercado e à concorrência, bem como identificação de planos de ação.
- Desenvolve com o suporte de outras equipas a comunicação do financiamento no ponto de venda, através de layouts personalizados, fomentando a captação de produção.

Dieses Team, mit Sitz in Porto wurde gegründet, um die Tätigkeit unseres Kunden ICARE auf dem europäischen Markt auszudehnen. ICARE ist Führer auf dem französischen Markt für Garantien im Automobilbereich und möchte diese Erfahrung über unsere Plattform auf den europäischen Markt projizieren.
Heute sind Deutsch und Italienisch unsere Hauptmärkte, aber wir haben bereits den Betrieb in Spanien, Portugal und Tschechien aufgenommen und beabsichtigen derzeit, England, Schweden … da wir in anderen Märkten bis Ende 2025 eröffnen wollen.

BE PART OF OUR EXTENDED WARRANTY MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL TEAM
This Team based in Porto city was created to extend the operation of our Client, ICARE, to the European market. ICARE is leader in the French market for warranty in the automobile field and aims to project this experience to the European market through our platform.
Today German and Italian are our main markets but We have already started the operation in Spain, Portugal and Check Republic and We intend to open England, Sweden and more, until 2025.
Our main activities are managing dealer warranty, extended warranty and maintenance contracts by handling authorization requests or contract management request for multiple products depending on the country and partner, all from the same platform and location.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE WARRANTY MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL
The ideal candidate must have solid professional experience in the back office, ideally:
• Ensure proper registration records in the Information
• Management of repair of motor vehicle rights after contract cover
• Examination of the admissibility of applications
• Telephone and written contact with different departments if necessary
• Analyse records and check the insurability and financial risk based on their knowledge to comply with the decision with the procedures and rules of transfer
• Notification of decisions by clients and/or counterparties
• Ensure administrative management
• ensuring compliance with established quality, safety and Control operations and risk management as defined
AS OUR NEW TECHNICIAN YOU MUST HAVE
• The position is open to all qualifications in one of the following subjects: Mechanical engineering or equivalent, motor vehicle or diagnostic technicians
• For automotive mechanics (completion and/or after sales training is obligatory)
• At least one year’s experience in a car or truck repair workshop (optional)
• fluent German and good English
• Good knowledge of other European languages is a plus

- The Global Macro Analyst plays critical part within the business, working with salespeople, traders, structurers and M360 colleagues at worlwide level. Additionally, provides support through short term market analysis and production of trades ideas across the whole vanilla to exotics spectrum. Also develops pricers and monitor to price fixed income products
Your Main Activities Are
- Preparing Macro-economic trade ideas, Relative values ideas, Axe based ideas for clients. Ideas targeted for clients including Hedge funds, Real money among others
- In depth market analysis to find out dislocations in FX & Fixed income markets. Respond to client’s enquiries on markets
