In practice, your day-to-day
- Risk Anticipation team is in charge of the IFRS9 provisioning calculation methodology and must ensure that the method is properly applied throughout the BNP Paribas Personal Finance perimeter.
- The main role of the Risk Anticipation analyst is to ensure the correct level of provisioning for BNPP PF outstandings, and to ensure the correct application of the IFRS9 provisioning methodology throughout the scope of Personal Finance.
- He is the direct international contact point for the local Risk teams.
- The Risk Anticipation team is mainly located in Paris, and we are opening a new position in Lisbon.
- The main activities will be:
- Simulation of application of provisioning method on BNPP PF portfolios.
- Developing mathematical language program models in SAS and Python.
- Analyze the level of Risk of BNPP Portfolios through data at customer level.
- Daily exchange with your colleagues in Paris.

- Contribute to implement and maintain a strong control environment: At the level of Finance; In all regions and entities under CIB supervision or in any other entities delegated by the Central team, in order to guarantee the high quality of the financial data reported to the Head Office and to local Authorities; and to support the Accounting Controls teams in the regions

- The Operations Financial Monitoring Officer has a specific focus on Performance Management for Operations, producing financial analysis to help the different Operations cluster managers taking the best decisions based on timely and accurate reports. This requires the coordination of international stakeholders, a clear understanding of the budget process and a transversal view on the Operations organisation and strategy
Your Main Activities Are
- Budget & Forecast process: Act as the reference contact for all budget/ forecast / rolling forecast related topics for the Operations management, including coordination of the budget process (collection of requirements, submission through Finance systems, reconciliations, preparation of budget presentations, etc.)
