BE PART OF OUR EXTENDED WARRANTY MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL TEAM
This Team based in Porto city was created to extend the operation of our Client, ICARE, to the European market. ICARE is leader in the French market for warranty in the automobile field and aims to project this experience to the European market through our platform.
Today German and Italian are our main markets but We have already started the operation in Spain, Portugal and Check Republic and We intend to open England, Sweden and more, until 2025.
Our main activities are managing dealer warranty, extended warranty and maintenance contracts by handling authorization requests or contract management request for multiple products depending on the country and partner, all from the same platform and location.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN EWM TEAM
- Management of vehicle repair requests in accordance with the contractual coverage
- Examination of the admissibility of applications
- Contact by phone all required departments
- Analysis of the applications and examination of insurability and financial risk to support decision-making in accordance with the procedures and delegation rules
- Communication of decisions to customers and/or business partners
- Ensuring the administrative management of all prepared processes
AS OUR NEW BACK OFFICE AGENT, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Education or university degree in: Business Administration/Business Management; Insurance or banking; Public administration
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- Good knowledge of the IT tools and applications used by the team as per the job requirements
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- The Trading Analyst ensures a smooth and accurate monitoring of the trading activity in the Trading books, to ensure a sustainable level of the Bank’s revenues. The Trading Analyst’s main mission is to become familiar with the trading environment and contribute gradually with tasks to the development of the Trading ecosystem, by improving the ability to read and analyze data quicker, increase the speed to process the routine (trading, booking, reporting, analyzing, etc…) and requests and to evolve in the tasks performed, by compressing the time spent on them via automation, decommissioning and/or delegation

- The Business Revenue Account Manager is responsible to guarantee and perform daily controls and monitoring the billing activity, invoicing process across markets, while ensuring all the necessary procedures are created within the deadline

- The Officer would share his/her time between one of the 3 teams: Markets Backoffice (MBO), Cash Transfers (CT) and Funds Execution (FE):
- The Markets Back Office’s team is responsible for the booking, matching and settlement of Money Markets, Forex and OTC Derivatives operations

- Main responsibilities for FIX Vendor management:
- Perform first-level invoice review: act as a resolution officer for first-level review of invoices in the invoice systems, ensuring accuracy before management approval
- Maintain Client Inventory by Vendor: Accurately track and maintain the existing excel client inventory specific to each vendor, ensuring records are up to date and accessible
- Perform reconciliation between vendors invoice and vendors’ internal forecast: Run reconciliation monthly reconciliation between vendors’ invoice and internal forecast, identify and analyse gaps, and provide constructive input on identified gaps between invoice and forecast to data analytic team to enhance forecast models and have a better forecast for the next invoices
