Your Main Activities Are

  • Design, develop and maintain develop applications to automate and optimise business processes and internal management reporting

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science

About the Team 

  • Global Credit, a business line within Global Markets, is responsible for Primary Markets (new issuance) and Secondary Trading of corporate (fins and non-fins) debt and related instruments such as CDS, indices, options and structured products. It comprises different roles such as syndicate, debt capital markets, trading, sales, structuring and desk analysts
  • Within Primary Markets, DCM Marketers manage and own the commercial relationship with Issuer clients, and are responsible for originating mandates for public and privately placed bond issuances across currencies, Syndicate Officers manage the execution of new primary bond issuances, with DCM Solutions teams provide product-specific structuring expertise in areas such as liability management, capital solutions, and sustainable capital markets 
  • The Primary Digital Support team, working closely with counterparts in Primary Markets, will focus on the development and implementation of tools, applications and processes to help the business operate more effectively, and provide on-going assistance for on-shore teams in their day-to-day origination and execution of transactions

About the job

  • The CTM Capital Markets Officer is involved in setting up and monitoring financing operations and is in direct contact with the Front Office on all matters relating to deals, in particular to ensure the feasibility of their “operability”. The officer is also in charge of the accurate translation of the operations in the Bank’s systems and official reports until the reimbursements of the deals. The Middle Officer for “Structured Credit” Products ensures that the rules applicable to BNP Paribas (accounting, regulatory, legal, ALM – Asset Liability Management, etc.) are complied with in each transaction
     
     

Your Main Activities Are

  • To monitor the portfolio, the Middle Officer will interact with a large number of stakeholders: clients for bilateral deals, lawyers, Back Office, ITO 3 C, Risk, Finance, Tax, Legal Affairs, ALM, … Liaise with the Front Office upstream of the signatures of the documentation; assistance during the negotiation phase on technical and legal points of the Documentation
  •  Involvement in the verification chain of KYC and Customer Bases

About the Team 

  • The Lisbon-based Structured Products Sales is part of a global sales workforce in charge of selling tailor-made investments solutions (Structured Products and Derivatives Products) to clients used to trade standardized products on a reverse inquiry mode. Within a fast-paced and stressful environment, he is in charge of promoting the firm’s brand, products and services to existing clients. The range of products is large and will include both Equities or Fixed Income underlyings.   • Europe Global Markets Structuring team is responsible for the development and execution of complex derivatives for our clients, in particular Retail Networks, Private Banks and Insurers.   • As Business Analyst of the Business Revenue IT Tribe, your mission will be to provide detailed analysis of the business requirements, closely working with the development team, the users and the other Business Analysts in order to come up with the most efficient solutions.
