- The Relationship Officers’ mission is to manage the daily relationship with Corporate clients of BNP Paribas in an innovative, digital and industrial way. The Relationship Officer’s mission is to develop the relationship with Corporate clients by understanding client needs and proposing the adequate products (Flow Banking Products), being the entry point for clients within the Bank for commercial matters
Your Main Activities Are
- Daily interactions: be the first point of contact on commercial matters and direct client to support teams (Client Service Desk, Cash Management Technical Officers, Due Diligence) in case of operational matter
- Compliance: ensure that all regulations are observed (Know Your Customer + Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions policies)
- Credit: ensure that all credit facilities extended to Corporate clients are approved and renewed on time (annual reviews) according the Bank’s procedures, and then implemented (Legal documentation)
- Products: Sell all products of the Bank and ensure proper introduction of product representatives to clients
- Ensure that the business is performed in close alignment with the Group’s «One Bank» strategy, by ensuring close collaboration with all stakeholders (Pilots, Product lines, support teams)

- The Credit Risk – Regulatory Reporting Analyst contributes to the Credit Risk RWA computation and analysis, contributing to the calculation of the Group Basel solvency ratio and Pillar 3 disclosures (includes Group Accounting to Risk Reconciliation)

Your Main Activities Are

- Prepare the support documentation for each report validation meeting, as well as data quality reporting. Present the validation meeting to the management and the different stakeholders
- Coordinate and interact with the different process stakeholders
- Production and coordination of Credit & Regulatory Reporting Quarterly Synthesis
- Participate in the different projects linked to regulatory evolutions, reporting evolutions, process improvements, regulators requests, IT developments, sourcing evolutions
- Strive for quality/efficiency improvement through actively revising and improving processes, procedures and data quality, including actively participating in the testing phase
- On boarding and operational training of the new team members
- Provide support in the preparation and delivery of the regulatory reports

Your Main Activities Are
- To Market and pitch Cortex FX, Cortex CD and BNP Digital Tools capabilities to clients in EMEA
- To visit new and existing clients based in mainland Europe
- To coordinate the communication to clients of the new functionalities

- The Cash Account Manager is the privileged interlocutor of clients to follow-up their cash accounts. This follow-up is taking into consideration client needs to optimise their treasury and ensuring the correct processing of their cash transactions
- To be part of a team working towards a common goal, following procedures and work organization, Cash Account managers will have to deal with several departments and interact with different activities, providing the possibility to expand the knowledge of all team members

- Process client instructions by analysing, validating and implementing those instructions.
- Check and monitor failed instructions and provide the correct update to clients, including follow-up on client’s instructions blocked by teams working in Credit Risk
- Identify and advise on any exceptional or irregular situations, and put in place corrective measures in line with management validation

About the Team
- CCCO Central is a transversal CIB team based in Paris and Lisbon and is part of the CIB functions.
- CCCO Central acts, on behalf of the CIB CCCO (“CIB Chief Conduct and Control Officer”) as a liaison between the second lines of defense (RISK ORM and Compliance) and the regional and business lines CCCOs of CIB in all their projects in regards with the management of non-financial risk (including regulatory, compliance, business process, conduct, etc.)
- CCCO Central ensure that (i) CIB controls regulatory objectives are met, (ii) Permanent Control and Group policy impacts are properly coordinated and guided, (iii) CIB implication in Supervisory affairs is properly monitored and (iv) transversal initiatives are fully reviewed in light of permanent control.
- Create business-facing dashboards and high impact data visualizations and analyses with complex data structures which will support BNPParibas Internal or External clients achieve their objectives in terms of revenue generation, efficiency creation, production levels and risk management.

Quantitative Backtesting Analyst
In concrete terms, your daily life
The Scoring Center team has a key role to play in the development of a strong risk management framework for BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a prominent international banking institution and a leader in the Eurozone, BNP Paribas is relying on internal models to assess risks arising from its business activities. In this context, BNP Paribas is subject to stringent regulatory requirements on the assessment of the performance of internal rating and risk estimation systems.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to conduct backtesting activities focused on credit risk models, i.e. testing the predictive capacity of the models on historical data. Your mail activities will be:
- Contribute to the production of Personal Finance regulatory backtesting on PD (Probability of Default), EAD/CCF (Exposure At Default) and LGD (Loss given default) risk IRBA models and parameters
- Implement, maintain and run the Personal Finance backtesting on PD (Probability of Default) and LGD (Loss given default) IFRS9 risk models
- Contribute to the production of the backtesting reports
- Contribute to the production of specific analysis when required
- Contribute to the production of the backtesting Synthesis for the Entities and for Central Risk
- Participate in transversal projects related to credit risk models performance assessment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing tools and processes

Your day-to-day activity?
As part RISK Operational Risk Management (RISK ORM) department of Group BNP Paribas (BNPP) and acting as the Second Line of Defense (2LoD), the RISK ORM Post Remediation team, for the perimeter under RISK ORM supervision, is responsible for the implementation over time and in a consistent manner, between the BNPP various entities, of remedial actions, following the recommendations issued by the European Central Bank (ECB) within the BNPP in terms of operational risk management.
Your Main Activities Are
RISK ORM Post Remediation team has the following main missions:
· Define the operation risk management actions to be carried out by each BNPP entity, as well as the associated deliverables, to guarantee over time the sustainability of the remediation actions and to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices and the Financial Supervisors Authorities’ expectations.
· Ensure consistency of Post remediation actions between the various entities.
Report on the sustainability over time of the actions following the various OSI missions.
Profile and Skills to Success
You have a professional experience of minimum 5 years in operational risk domain, ideally in the banking sector or as a consultant (advisory mission).
Your skills on project management and follow-up are recognized, including the use of the communication tools (Teams, SharePoint, …).
With good interpersonal skills, you are recognized as being a good communicator. Besides, your rigor and organizational skills will allow you to carry out your mission.
