FAIRE PARTIE DE NOTRE ÉQUIPE DYNAMIQUE MIDDLE OFFICE ACTIFS
À la Direction des Gestion d’Actifs de BNP Paribas Cardif, l’objectif premier est le placement des primes des clients et des capitaux propres pour les faire fructifier.
Les équipes Middle Office Actifs (MOAC), garantissent la bonne exécution des opérations d’investissements / désinvestissements dans le périmètre des marchés domestiques – en France, en Italie et au Luxembourg (qu’il s’agisse d’opérations de toutes natures effectuées dans le cadre de la gestion des fonds en euros, ou qu’il s’agisse des unités de comptes), en s’appuyant sur une expertise et une exigence élevées sur la qualité des données, le pilotage des prestataires parties prenantes de la chaîne de valeur et en conformité avec les exigences réglementaires, et dans le souci des meilleures pratiques de maîtrise du risque.
VOTRE FUTURE MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE MIDDLE OFFICE ACTIFS
En rejoignant notre équipe Middle Office Actifs, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :
- Etre responsable de la qualité des données du référentiel d’entreprise des données d’actifs, et plus particulièrement :
- Garantir la correcte gestion des workflows de création des titres/tiers/portefeuilles dans le référentiel, dans le respect des demandes des clients internes ;
- Garantir la collecte des données auprès de fournisseurs d’informations financières, et s’assurer de leur exhaustivité par rapport au périmètre confié ;
- Contribuer à la complétion des données, dans le respect des nomenclatures et règles de gestion implémentées dans le référentiel ;
- Contribuer à la mise à disposition des données auprès des applications ou processus clients dans les délais et la qualité convenus ;
- Contribuer à la réalisation de reportings d’activités nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité et de la qualité des données
- Contribuer à la remédiation et la correction des processus de qualité et d’intégrité des données :
- Participer à la réalisation de contrôles sur la qualité et l’intégrité des données, conformément au plan de contrôle défini avec le management ;
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de qualité et d’intégrité des données sur le périmètre confié en relation avec le management, les clients ou toute autre partie prenante du dispositif ;
- Contribuer aux processus de remédiation/correction ;
- Contribuer à la poursuite des projets et initiatives transverses
- Garantir un accueil de qualité et une réponse professionnelle aux sollicitations.
- Connaissances en matière de Data -> connaissance générale des principaux enjeux liées aux données, des processus liés ou du cadre réglementaire
- Connaissances en matière de Middle Office Financier (processus, principales classes d’actifs)
- Connaissance des risques et sensibilisation aux risques -> connaissance générale liée au risque opérationnel et capacité à raisonner en fonction des risques
- Capacité d’analyse et esprit critique

- Rigueur et attention aux détails
- Un niveau d’études minimum BAC+3
- Une maîtrise du français professionnel, à l’écrit et à l’oral (B2)
