- The Quantitative Backtesting Analyst’s mission is to develop and maintain the Model Performance Assessment methodology of internal rating models on the Basel credit risk parameters (PD, LGD, EAD / CCF), or contribute to other studies and projects within team’s responsibility
Your Main Activities Are
- Contribute to the production of backtesting on risk parameters by producing the different steps: Data collection, Database construction, Back testing production, Report preparation
- Contribute to the production of the backtesting ECB Templates
- Contribute to the production of the backtesting Shortcuts
- Participation in transversal projects related to credit risk models performance assessment
- Control and validation of LGD spreadsheet
- Improvement of existing tools and processes
- Ensure a robust permanent control framework to deliver in a timely manner, reliable and consistent backtesting
- Identify lack of model performance using statistics defined in the back-testing methodology
- Analyse and document the results, deep dive analyses are performed, built on good understanding of the risk models and strong cooperation with risk modelling and risk management teams
- Communicate results to the regulator and relevant internal teams such as model validation team and capital team

- The mandate of the Documentation Department is to ensure that every OTC transaction done, as well as every associated event to an existing transaction that requires a confirmation, is properly confirmed with the counterparty in due time
- The Documentation Specialist has deep knowledge over the processes globally and their mission is to participate in the improvement of the quality of service delivered by the Department to the affiliated Sites, for local teams and stakeholders, as well as to participate in the mitigation of the operational risk
Your Main Activities Are

BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC CONSOLIDATION TEAM
As part of the Consolidation Department, you will have to participate in its missions with a permanent care for transversality with the other departments of the Cardif Accounting Division (Financial Production) or the other Finance Divisions of the BNP PARIBAS CARDIF Group.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE CONSOLIDATION TEAM
- Participation in the quarterly IFRS closing activities mainly for French perimeter, such as:
- Second review of financial appendices.
- Analytical review of “BMT – Base Monde Titres” and “L1IHB – Off-balance” consolidation packages.
- Assets Levels controls (IFRS 13 Fair Value Measurement).
- Data quality issues, support on Securities creation process and follow-up on SRS submission
- Meeting with several departments on process improvement, during the interclosing period.
- REGENT is the reference database of BNP Paribas Group entities for the static data and the consolidation scopes. You will contribute to the creation and update of entities from BNP Paribas Cardif (SPVs, Investment Funds and SCIs), including remediation campaigns on a half year basis.
- Report to the Head of consolidation on the tasks you are covering as part of the Consolidation Department
AS OUR NEW ACCOUNTING CONTROLLER, YOU MUST HAVE:
- An experience of minimum 3 years in the field of accounting and / or financial reporting, including a couple of external audit seasons
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- Knowledge of IFRS principles and norms including those specific to insurance (including IFRS 4 – IFRS 17 / IAS39 – IFRS 9) is an asset for the position.
- An experience and knowledge in the Banking or Insurance industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French (B2 level minimum)

- The RMA Due Diligence Officer is responsible for performing due diligence in counterparties from all Group entities in order to contribute to protect the Bank against reputational, Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) and Fraud risks
Your Main Activities Are
- Performing Due Diligences on counterparties upon request for opening of RMA Keys (Onboarding)
- Performing Due Diligences on counterparties with a pre-existent RMA Key according to the Recertification plan
- Collection documentation for both Onboarding and Recertification scenarios (upon request, retrieving from licensed tools or online investigation) in order to identify the counterparties based on the proofs of existence and to identify the items to screen (related entities and individuals). Also, ensure data and documents are received (this may include a follow up) and archived properly
- Screening of counterparties and the related entities/individuals, on internal and licensed tools, for both Onboarding and Recertification scenarios, in order to identify eventual sanctions, PEPs and adverse media. The screening process also includes the analysis of the results
- Filling of a Due Diligence Form in order to present a decision to Compliance and other stakeholders (if required) and make the final decision regarding the acceptance of the counterparty from a Due Diligence perspective. This decision will determine if the RMA key will be open, maintained or closed
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the team, while ensuring that all new requests are logged accordingly, and escalating concerns or issues as needed
- Abide by operational risk and control procedures and escalate incidents where necessary

- BNP Paribas Wealth Management is looking for an IT Continuity and Resilience Officer (ICRO) who will be responsible for managing the IT Continuity and the Cyber resilience of WM IT Assets hosted either in BNPP premises in different countries, or at Third Party vendors’ premises
- The IT Continuity and Resilience Officer will work hand in hand with the Global IT Continuity & Resilience Officer of BNP Paribas Wealth Management (Global ICRO). She/He will work closely with IT Development, IT Production and Third-Party Risk Management teams. Ultimately, when facing risks, the IT Continuity and Resilience Officer will work with IT Risk Management, IT & Business owners of the WM IT Assets, to analyze risks and decide appropriate treatment
Your Main Activities Are
- Manage the IT Continuity and the Cyber Resilience of WM IT Assets
- Coordinate with each IT owner the classification of their asset from an IT Continuity perspective and ensure that it’s consistent with the Business Continuity needs
- Coordinate with each IT owner, together with technical architects, and IT production teams or Third-Party providers, to review the implementation of required IT Continuity solutions and make sure there are aligned with IT continuity needs
- Make sure IT Continuity Plans (IC Plans) are completed and comply with Group requirements for each IT Asset
- Make sure IT Disaster Recovery exercises are scheduled, driven and reported by IT Production teams
- Follow-up post-DR exercise action plans
- Maintain IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) related to IT Continuity & Cyber resilience
- Maintain WM IT Continuity policy & procedures, ensuring their alignment with Group-level framework
- Ensure compliance with IT Continuity & Operational Resilience requirements from Regulators, especially in Europe and Asia (e.g. DORA in Europe or STDB in Asia)
- Respond to Group Cyber Program requirements on IT Continuity and Cyber resilience topics and coordinate necessary actions with WM Business Continuity actors, WM IT Assets owners and WM IT Production teams
- Execute Group IT Controls related to IT Continuity, and when facing non-satisfactory controls, ensure remediation actions are timely implemented
- Make sure the internal IT GRC tool is complete and accurate: asset classification, compliance with IT continuity requirements, IT Continuity dashboard, IT Continuity plans accuracy, DR Exercise reports, among others
- Report, Communicate and cooperate with stakeholders
- Report on a regular basis to senior management on the progress of IT continuity classification of IT assets, the implementation of required solutions, regular DR exercises and remediation projects
- Report on IT GRC tool completeness and accuracy (i.e. coverage level and data quality issues)
- Provide metrics and presentation material to WM IT Risk, Cybersecurity and IT Continuity committees
- Take part in the awareness and training activities, i.e. keeping documentation up to date, producing training material and animating training sessions
- Coordinate with the BNP Paribas Group IT Continuity & Resilience office
- Contribute to responses to requests from regulators, internal auditors, partners and customers in terms of IT Continuity and Resilience, or when requested by the Group
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computer Science
- At least of 5 years of Experience in IT Continuity Management in an IT Production department or in a Business Continuity department, with effective experience in designing, building, and/or exercising IT Disaster Recovery Plans
- Knowledge of IT Continuity, IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity or Cloud Security
- Knowledge of IT resiliency mechanisms in IT architecture
- Knowledge of mechanisms in Cloud-native architecture
- Knowledge of Norms and Standards in the banking and IT industry
- Knowledge of collaborative and project management tools (Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Planner, PowerBI, Confluence, Jira)
- Fluent in English
