      • Ensure international follow-up with extender teams in their perimeter and help teams reach the Root Cause

  • The Technical Leader mission is to contribute to the technical support of applications based on the TIBCO EBX software and to ensure technological excellence maintaining a Master Data Management platform in operational condition on which a large number of business functions are based. About the job

  • Operations team is in charge of functional support on market and counterparty risk systems of the bank. The team in Portugal is focusing in particular on the quality aspects of the data that feeds those systems: ensuring data quality issues are resolved, putting in place meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) about data quality, reviewing and improving existing processes and KPIs, and assisting on the preparation of material for committees where those KPIs are discussed.

  • The Cash Transfers Senior Officer is in charge of processing and validating cash transfers according to client instructions

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure accurate and timely treatment of client’s cash instructions (incoming and outgoing)
  • Execute the first level controls of the operations
  • Perform treatment of standing orders, direct debits and prepaid cards

  • The Documentation Drafting and Matching Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the risk undertaken by the business lines. A wide range of products are traded by the Trading desk including Options, Swaps, Forwards, within Oil, Metals, Softs, Energy, Power and Gas and Equities
  • The Documentation team’s primary function is to support the Trading and Sales desks through the drafting of OTC Physical confirmations for mainly all trades dealt with counterparties

The team ensures that all issues are controlled, reported and fixed by working closely with traders, sales people, strategists, IT and Legal, Credit and Compliance

Your Main Activities Are

  • Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies
  • Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients
  • Monitor workflows to ensure the confirmations are prioritised accordingly and ensure the timely dispatch of confirmations
