- The Securities Operations Support Analyst works within the Securities Settlement Department and performs the operational and quality controls, reporting, finance related tasks and support to main processes which include pre & post settlement activities, clearing, custody, relevant legal documentation, transaction and event-related accounting for securities deemed in scope
Your Main Activities Are
- Responsible to compile data using statistical tools to produce monthly reports on KPI’s, activity/volumes/general Department performance

- The Finance Capital Markets Products Officer mission is to measure, control and explain the financial reporting of the Region’s entities, covering a large part of BNP Paribas Business Lines. Within the EMEA Finance organization, is also responsible for ensuring an accurate, reliable and comprehensive set of segmented financial data required for the production of all Reporting streams in relation with Capital Markets Business Lines
- Contribute to the monitoring of Capital Market Businesses, by controlling the reconciliation of the accounting and economical P&L followed by the Front and Middle Offices
- Work with the main financial instruments: Derivatives, Forex, Bonds, Issuer bonds, Equities and Commodities
- Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of the breaks identified
- Challenge P&L figures recognized by the business, in order to ensure the reliability of economical and accounting data related to Capital Markets activities
- Contribute to the BNP Paribas Group Financial statements and Regulatory Reporting

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE HR TEAM
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings, from internal approval processes to candidate management, to interview process and feedback.

- The Sanctions and Embargoes B2 Officer performs an independent review of sanctions alerts that have been escalated by Level A and investigated by Level B1. B2 Officers can make a decision either to release, reject/block or escalate to the third level of the framework based on the investigation and supporting documents prepared by Level B1. Your Main Activities Are
- Deliver a timely and efficient delivery of analysis by ensuring alerts are correctly prioritised by order of date or risk category and by handling the alerts efficiently, escalating blocking points or uncertainties
- Communicate to the onshore team all cases where local action is required (escalation, rejection, throw back) and follow-up if there is any question on the decision that has been taken
- Keep updated on developments on sanctions, embargoes and related KYC / AML / CFT / Sanctions laws and regulations and exchange with onshore teams (Compliance B2, back office and B1, GFS, among others)
- Contribute to the team’s organisation and coherence by facilitating discussions within the team (e.g. at morning meetings)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools by identifying and measuring process inefficiencies or tool deficiencies, escalating these so that proposed changes can be assessed and sharing best practice with other Compliance Hub Teams
