Your Main Activities Are
- The Client Financing Portfolio Manager is responsible for centralizing client’s requests linked to Financing once the Credit Facility Agreement is signed and to provide a post-trade assistance in the collection of information and requests from the client
- Ensures efficient processing of the Credit Facility events post signing of the Financing Documents
- Supports and informs Paris Client Services & Portfolio Management team on haircut simulations, and on the follow-up on breaches
- Ensures the reception of client requests during the post deal process, under supervision of Paris
- Supports Paris Client Services & Portfolio Management team regarding the client’s portfolios, in terms of positions valuation and reconciliation, substitutions, pricing and static data, to guarantee that updated and correct information are included in the financing calculation
- Facilitates collateral substitutions
- Is responsible for the administrative follow-up on new client onboardings done by the Paris CS & PM team
- Coordinates cash processing related to Credit Facility events
- Ensures coordination between loan admin teams, HFR Team, CIB and BP2S custody department for the efficient resolution of client issue
- Provides any relevant information or reporting as required by the Structuring team (such as KPIs, utilization volume, ratios, revenues).Analyses and detects breaches: communication to Paris Structuring Team and Paris CS & PM Team; follow-up on the implementation of Cure plans done by Paris
Profile and Skills to Success

About the Team
- The Client Services & Portfolio Management team centralizes client’s requests linked to Financing once the Credit Facility Agreement is signed and provides assistance for the custody (cash, FX, FDS, drawn downs and repayments). Additionally, the team has an overview on the client’s portfolio and provides support in the Loan to Value Ratio (LTV) daily monitoring, controlling the risk assumed by the Bank for every credit exposure (Collateral and Risk monitoring)

- I. FX+ Service management :
- Coordinate BAU relationship with main FX+ subscribers, maintain good relationship with the key stakeholders of each subscriber, ensure subscriber satisfaction through periodical service review meetings, in close collaboration with IT teams
- Produce quality documentation: processes, agreements, reports, presentations
- II. Quality management and support:
- Act as business level 2 hands on support on production issues escalated by level 1 IT support teams, in close collaboration where necessary with Transaction Banking support teams
- Incident analysis / prevention / Remediation: learn from past incidents, design and implement new proactive control processes to secure that products, act as business coordinator and E2E responsible for analysis and execution of incident remediation

- III. BAU – Distribution support:
- Act as FX+ subject matter expert /SPOC for FX+, FXLM and Cash Management sales and implementation teams for all questions related to FX+. Participate in commercial governance
- Work with FXLM and Cash Management Sales and implementation teams to onboard new clients and implement price changes to specific populations of clients (RFPs), on specific products, in specific territories

- The Workspace Planning Officer is expected to Design spaces, propose layouts and coordinate works according to the real estate strategy of BNP Paribas in Portugal
Your Main Activities Are
- Define layout projects and design spaces following internal standards
- Prepare documents and projects for RFP purposes
- Manage growth through the Space Planning management tool, confirm ramp ups, propose the best solution for the internal clients

About the job
- The Senior KYC Officer’s (SKYCO) primary focus is to act as the first level of control (1B) in reviewing, advising and validating on KYC (Know Your Client) due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients. The SKYCO is also accountable for ensuring all relevant stakeholders sign-offs
Your Main Activities Are
- Perform data control and KYC file review: Validates correct data entry into the KYC tools based on the due diligence conducted and controls documentation format and content, to ensure adherence to due diligence guidelines
- Refers to relevant team members and/or managers to highlight data inconsistency and suggest methods of resolution. In addition, identifies root causes impacting the quality and the trainings needs
- Ensures high standard of quality in the KYC files in adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures. Additionally, acts as a subject matter expert to support KYC Due Diligence team. Implements new policies, procedures and communications from Compliance and Global Coordination and Support
- Ensures timely escalation and owns proposed course of actions to line management to address identified risks and blocking points during such processes
- Overviews the full client KYC file analysis, to ensure completeness and consistency before validation steps, substantiating the KYC review with a factual based-analysis
- Ensures all processes executed during the final overview of the KYC files are delivered per predefined guidelines
- Contribute to KPIs regarding quality (quality review including review of Compliance review results) and produce reports on the controls results performed and areas of improvement identified
- Monitors decision and follow-up: Arranges, prepares and documents Client Acceptance Committee (CAC) towards the final approval for the KYC file. Also, coordinates CAC meeting
- Liaises with Compliance, relationship managers and other senior stakeholders for KYC approval
- Coordinates with KYC teams in other Corporate and Institutional Banking locations in order to streamline the multisite KYC approval process for client on-boarding and recertification. Ensures the completeness of the conditions
