VOTRE FURUTE MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE RH :
– Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vie du processus de recrutement pour les postes vacants qui vous seront attribués, du le processus d’approbation interne à la gestion des candidats, en passant par le processus d’entretien et le feedback final
– Articuler la communication avec les Managers, les Clients, les entités de recrutement externes et/ou les Consultants pour être aussi efficace que possible dans la conclusion des différents projets de recrutement
– Mener des entretiens individuels afin de sélectionner et identifier les compétences comportementales des candidats et assurer la traçabilité et le suivi.
– Assurer le suivi des candidatures, des besoins et des reportings de l’activité aux différentes parties prenantes
– Organiser et mener toutes les activités de sélection, comme des entretiens, des tests de sélection ou des cas pratiques

EN TANT QUE NOTRE NOUVEL HR TALENT ACQUISITION, VOUS DEVREZ AVOIR:
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en recrutement, de préférence dans un contexte multinational et multiculturel
- Avoir un background en RH – généraliste ou administratif

Your Main Activities Are
- Analyze the requirements from Business Line or Finance depending on the nature of the project

- Within Finance & Strategy function, Finance Implementation Projects – FIP teams: Lead the end-to-end implementation of business and regulatory projects by responding to Business Line and Finance requirements; Contribute to transformation initiatives according to the Finance strategy; Implement and maintain a harmonized Finance operating model across BNPP Group; Contribute to migration projects relying on the regional set up in Europe, Asia, and Americas; Collaborate with a FIP community worldwide, ensuring a consistent approach of the Finance projects across the geographies

- Within Credit & Regulatory Reporting, the Credit Risk Consolidation & Reporting analyst is responsible for the production and submission of several prudential reports to the supervisory entities (ACPR/ECB), including the Large Exposures reports: Group and some group subperimeters (Fortis/BGL/OVF/PF)
Your Main Activities Are
- Production, collection and control of risk data (credit, counterparty, counterparty, market, equity, other assets) in the different tools (ARC, SRS, Dataiku)
- Analyse and distribute the results of the calculated reports, ensuring consistency throughout the reports, between quarters and aligned with all available information
- Prepare the support documentation for each report validation meeting. Present the validation meeting to the management and the different stakeholders
- Coordinate and interact with the different process stakeholders

- Large Exposures is a regulatory reporting under Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) to identify and monitor every large exposure that the bank has in credit, counterparty, market and equity risks, to a single client or a group of connected clients (business group). It’s a Basel limit framework for measuring and controlling the size of a bank’s concentration of large exposures in relation to its capital, designed to protect banks from large losses resulting from the sudden default of a single counterparty

About the job
- The KYC Data Officer’s primary focus is to gather client data and documentation to construct a KYC (Know Your Client) file to support the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients
Your Main Activities Are
- Initiation and preparation of onboarding/recertification KYC process: understands the purpose of each client on-boarding or recertification request and explains BNP Paribas KYC process to the client
- Conduct initial checks against internal data / databases to determine KYC information held within the bank and required documents to constitute “Kick-off pack” to be shared with clients. Additionally, define the “onboarding/recertification specifications” including multi-site local requirements
- Liaise internally with relevant stakeholders for list of required KYC and Regulatory (FATCA, AEOI, MIFID) documents, determines required documents for KYC and performs gap analysis with existing documents
- Prepare list of required onboarding/recertification documents and constitute client “Kick-off pack”
- Collection of information and documents: interrogates internal/external sources and KYC utilities to obtain data and documents required by the relevant client segment policy and collects remaining documents from the clients
- Organize documents collected and extracts relevant data to support the KYC process. Also, ensure and validate that collected documents are consistent, valid and adequate with internal procedures/guidelines, while ensuring due diligence regarding local requirements for multi-site clients are properly performed. Review all tax and regulatory required documents (FATCA, AEOI, MiFID) when Regulatory control does not exist
- Enter or update systems with data related to Scoring Grid (e.g. activity, source of funds), based on the documentary analysis performed
- Create waiver of document after review with Relationship Manager, if required. Also, escalates when necessary to other internal actors to deal with higher risk elements / situations
- Perform documents upload and data capture: ensures the completeness of the onboarding/recertification request in the systems and creates ownership structure and list related persons (Hierarchy Management)
- Update systems with corresponding data based on the documentary analysis performed

- RISK Operational Risk Management (RISK ORM) steers and reports on the Group’s Operational Risk Management framework and status, in close collaboration with the concerned Functions. It is the independent second line of defence on operational risk management activities of the Group, including on Information and Communication Technology risk management activities

Your Main Activities Are
- Integrated with the Global RISK ORM Iberian Centre of Excellence the position of RISK ORM Operational Resilience Transformation Senior Manager will report functionally to the Global Head of RISK ORM Operational Resilience Transformation and hierarchically to the Head of the Global RISK ORM Iberian Centre of Excellence
- The selected individual will assist in implementing and strengthening the Operational Resilience framework for BNPP vital services. This will involve working collaborative and closely with various internal stakeholders, requiring broad multi-disciplinary knowledge in IT and Cyber Resilience, Business and IT Continuity, and general controls validation and testing
- Given the broad nature of this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise to facilitate the resilience transformation of the Group by acting as a key contributor and subject matter expert to both RISK ORM colleagues and Group Entities globally across lines of defence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout and evolution of the RISK ORM Operational Resilience programme and all associated methodologies and frameworks
- Support the development of the target operating model in coordination with RISK ORM Group and Entity teams and first line of defence stakeholders
