En tant que membre de la force de vente locale Global Markets EQD, vous travaillerez sur les tâches pré-commerciales, les tâches post-commerciales et des tâches liées à la transformation numérique.
Tâches pré-commerciales
• Interagir avec les Clients pour finaliser leur entrée en relation
• Préparation et communication aux Clients, documents marketing/emplacements/courriels
• S’assurer que nous sommes d’accord pour négocier avant de le faire (Conformité / Crédit / etc.)
Tâches post-commerciales
• Finalisation de la réservation des transactions dans le système Sales en amont
• Interagir avec notre chaîne interne MO à BO, concernant toute transaction négociée
• Interagir avec les clients et les services à la clientèle concernant toute transaction négociée
• Interagir avec Legal, concernant toute transaction négociée
Traitement des demandes
• Réception des demandes des clients
• Tarification (ou liaison avec Structuring to price) des produits demandés
• Interaction/négociation avec les clients pour clôturer les transactions
Numérisation / transformation
• Augmenter continuellement la rétroaction et les idées d’amélioration pour améliorer la rationalisation du flux de travail
• Améliorer le ratio de conversion du flux à haute tension en flux Lite afin d’incruster l’efficacité et de réduire le risque opérationnel.

Basée à Lisbonne, votre équipe spécifique est composée de plus de 30 employés organisés en sous-scopes, chacun desservant différents bureaux de vente EQD dans les deux entreprises de la franchise mondiale EQD (Distribution et Institutionnels). Pour cette mission en particulier, nous sommes en charge d’assister et de développer l’activité Distribution allemande, c’est-à-dire vendre principalement des produits structurés et dérivés sur actions ou à revenu fixe à des banques privées, des distributeurs ou d’autres institutions financières. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec une équipe basée à Francfort composée d’environ 4 personnes.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master spécialisé en finance et avez acquis une expérience pertinente sur les marchés financiers (stages et alternance inclus).
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et l’allemand.
Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de MS Office (Excel notamment) et Bloomberg ainsi que de solides compétences en mathématiques financières, en numérique.
Vous avez également une solide connaissance de la tarification des produits dérivés.
Vous faites preuve d’excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation ainsi que votre capacité d’adaptation seront des atouts pour progresser sur cette mission.

Your Main Activities Are
- Support the sales / trading desks with operational and client relationship issues

About the Team
The team is mainly focused on our REPO/Securities Lending business, providing not only internal support to our business desks, but also to our clients. Team members have full visibility over the market and the opportunity to be in the middle of the business making decisions, dealing very closely with our sales and trading desks currently located in London and Paris with increasing business flowing from Lisbon as well. We have a young and dynamic team in which interns are accompanied by your colleagues in Lisbon but also by co-workers from London and Paris.

The Multinorms Reporting Team is in charge of producing French, IFRS and Solvency 2 reportings for Cardif French insurance entities.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE MULTINORMS REPORTING TEAM
You will be in charge of producing French, IFRS and Solvency 2 reportings for Cardif French insurance entities. In this context, the applicant will work and interact with his/her Manager and its hierarchy as well as other teams such as Finance, Corporate Actuarial and Risk Management departments within the BNP Paribas Group.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure that the French, IFRS and Solvency 2 France packages is produced and delivered to the Corporate Department within the fixed deadlines and in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards:
- Carry out analysis reviews necessary to better understand and monitor the entities’ status, situation and perspectives
- Contribute to the review and the quality controls to perform for IFRS GAAP on a quarterly basis.
- Document all the work realized in accordance with the requirements defined by the permanent control.
- Guarantee a regular reporting and communication on your tasks and activities to your team and Manager
AS OUR NEW FINANCIAL REPORTING CONTROLLER, YOU MUST HAVE:
- An experience of minimum 3/5 years in the field of financial reporting

- You have a good knowledge of Insurance business, accounting and regulation
- Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level) – mandatory;

- Manage and promote good relationships between Department and stakeholders: Middle Office (in charge of deals), Back Office (closing teams) and External interlocutors (Banks belonging to banking pools and Agent Banks)

- The Labour Law Counsel will be directly working with the Senior Labour Law Counsel to provide labour-related legal assistance in day-to-day work to the Human Resources Department and to business areas as may be required.
Your Main Activities Are
- Provide legal support to the Human Resources team related to Portuguese Labour Law matters
