The Digital Product Manager focuses on the Bank’s enablement platform system and related products and workflows. The roleholder will drive innovation and developments to increase the Bank’s footprint, provide efficiency to the Bank’s clients and sales teams. The roleholder will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and users, and will be part of the strategy, planning, and execution for the future developments of the Bank’s key digital initiatives for the platform.
Your Main Activities Are
- Professional accountable for providing excellence within the eC&D team within Global Markets, specifically for the enablement workflow platform
- Taking an active part in the strategy definition of the platform and pushing new opportunities and innovative ideas based on an understanding of the products, clients’ needs, markets, and regulations
- Coordinating the scoping (workshops, collection of business requirements), prioritization and delivery of new features and products in close coordination with key stakeholders (Tech, LAB, UX/UI, Research, e-Marketers, Business Lines Digital Leads, Sales/Trading, etc)
- Extracting trends and behavioral patterns from the analysis of user and client enablements and platform usage data to inform the product roadmap and enhance user experience.
- Collecting feedback from end-users to improve the platform and ensure a best-in-class digital experience
- Maintaining a written documentation of the platform and relevant information
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify areas of improvement and optimization for the platfom
- Continuously identifies, proposes, and implements innovative or alternative ideas ahead of others to improve topics or solve issues or problems that are multidisciplinary or cross-organizational, to improve the customer journey or the organization, to develop new businesses or thought models
Profile and Skills to Success
- More than 4 years of experience in a similar role in consulting, start-up or corporate environment, preferably within the financial industry
- Bachelor`s degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering finance / econometrics or computer science field
- Expert MS office proficiency (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint)
- Preferably knowledge of a BI/Analytics tool to measure KPIs and activity (e.g. Tableau or Similar)
- Experience with Agile practices, Confluence and JIRA
- Substantial programming experience (Dev/BA/Scrum experience) is an advantage
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic product management environment
- Strong background in digital product management
- Organised and able to work with complex data and system relationships

Your Main Activities Are

Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure all booking queries are addressed and escalated to the Marketer/Trader when appropriate

About the Team
The Trading Assistant Team is key to the smooth operating of the Fixed Income Derivatives Market within BNPP. Your Main Activities Are
I. Client Enablement:
- Responsible for managing and implementing all Client/User Enablement requests to BNP Paribas electronic trading platforms including our Single dealer Platform (Cortex Suites, Smart Derivatives), Multi Dealer platforms such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb, FXall, 360t and FIX API Connections

About the Job
- The Resource & Portfolio Management (RPM) Team is part of the Securitised Product Group (SPG), which combines all securitisation, insurance and other risk distribution activities within Global Banking EMEA, Capital Markets
- The Trade Management Insurance Portfolio Manager is responsible for the representation of Credit Insurance Policies in dedicated systems and the management of their cash flows (calculation, monitoring of premium, etc.) and for their correct regulatory Capital calculation in the systems, to achieve optimum Capital savings for the bank
- Acting as a point of contact between Syndicate, Business Lines, Insurers and Brokers during the life of a policy, as well as for regulatory reporting, the Portfolio Manager will develop expertise in Credit Insurance management and in regulatory Capital of the Bank
- The Candidate will analyse data to optimize Capital savings on managed transactions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed and should have an interest in learning Python/SQL languages. The Candidate will also be key to ensure that all the contractual commitments related to Resources & Portfolio Management transactions are fulfilled
Your Main Activities Are
- Assist Credit Insurance Syndicate team in the following tasks:
- Contribute to the monitoring of insured amounts and participating in their monthly internal and external reporting within the deadline
- Create and update files in RPM tools
- Participate in the renewal of general insurance policies
- Calculate the amount of premiums due to insurers and ensure the timely payment
- Contribute to the monitoring of insurance premium payments within contractual deadlines, particularly by updating the relevant internal systems and maintaining dashboards
- Create new reports to respond to internal and external requests
- Calculate premiums and Fees:
- Calculate, across the entire Trade Management perimeter, the retrocession of premiums in the event of no claims (No Claim Discount) and the retrocession of brokerage fees (Brokerage fee rebate) and ensure they are returned without delay
- Contribute to the reliability of information flows and their control with GreenStars’ operations team:
- Respect internal rules of conduct regarding the use of insurance
- Participate in documentation aspects
- Ensure the signing of syndication agreements by participating banks
- Provide technical guidance to the Syndicate team on operational aspects of syndication agreements, including drafting and reviewing agreements, and stay up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes
- Contribute to the monitoring of Master Risk Participation Agreements (MRPAs) signed with participating banks
- Managing the Regulatory Capital process
- Ensure the proper booking of guarantees that materialize the existence of an insurance policy
- Ensure RWA relief is properly represented in Bank’s capital systems
