L’équipe de Sécurité Financière (Niveau 2 de Conformité) a été créée en janvier 2022 et s’agrandit rapidement pour faire face aux enjeux de la sécurité financière de l’une des plus grandes banques mondiales. L’équipe dynamique, motivée et professionnelle s’assure que les tentatives de transactions illicites n’aboutissent pas. VOTRE FUTUR MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE SECURITE FINANCIERE

  • Assurer l’analyse de niveau 2 et la validation ou le refus des transactions financières escaladées par les analystes de conformité de niveau 1 ou par les équipes opérationnelles, selon les règles de délégation financière et les procédures établies 
  • Contribuer à alerter la hiérarchie en cas de détection d’une anomalie administrative, d’un risque opérationnel ou d’un dysfonctionnement qui pourrait affecter la qualité du service fourni au client interne comme au client final 
  • Assurer une attitude responsable, mature et professionnelle, via une bonne gestion du temps et des priorités et dans le respect des collègues et de la hiérarchie

EN TANT QUE NOTRE NOUVEL ANALYSTE DE SECURITE FINANCIERE, VOUS DEVREZ AVOIR

  • Une bonne connaissance du domaine de la Conformité (Compliance, Financial Crimes), des principales procédures afférentes ainsi que du cadre réglementaire (une précédente expérience dans le domaine de la Conformité est valorisée)
  • D’excellentes capacités organisationnelles et de solides compétences analytiques
  • Une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à délivrer les résultats tout en maintenant une haute qualité 
  • De l’ambition, des aptitudes d’apprentissage et un bon esprit d’équipe

  • Within CIB ITO Global Banking Operations, CIB Agency EMEA act as Facility Agent on syndicated loans set up by all Capital Markets business lines (Debt Market, Leveraged Debt Platform, Energy Resources & Infrastructures, Asset Finance, etc.).   • The Continuous Improvement Team Manager’s main mission is to lead a team of Continuous Improvement (CI) project managers and CI trainers and coaches to take Continuous Improvement concepts, tools and culture across the organization, always seeking efficiency opportunities within its scope of activities

About the job

  • The Profit and Loss (P&L) Controller will be in charge of producing and validating the daily and/or monthly Economical P&L and related P&L Explains. It will be required to establish effective working relationships with both Front Office and other areas of support (e.g. Back Office, Market Risk, Finance & IT). This will allow for an integrated and proactive approach to the business’ requirements. P&L teams, as part of the Product Control department, provides a full and dedicated support to the various ALM/T and Global Market Trading Desks located in Europe, New York, Singapore or Hong-Kong

Your Main Activities Are

  • Produce and validate the official Economical P&L figures and the related P&L explains (market move, new deals, etc.) and investigate the discrepancies with the Front Office Predict when available
  • Review the P&L Explain in depth and correct wrong effect if no technical solution can be found to overturn the misallocation
  • Review the Risk based market P&L and analyse differences against the P&L Explain until the gap is understood and documented
  • Review the split of the economic PNL in liquidity and rate effects for ALMT perimeters
  • Produce Hedge accounting controls for finance and FO where applicable
  • Submit the P&L for Sign-off to the Front office officer
  • When possible, challenge and enhance existing processes
  • Ensure high levels of ethics and professionalism are maintained both personally and in the team. Build and maintain internal relationships based on trust, respect and professionalism

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Postgraduate in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations

  • The Business Continuity Analyst delivers efficient, optimized and high-quality Business Continuity planning lifecycle activities to CIB Business Continuity Officers serving CIB businesses or territories worldwide

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure an effective collaboration with all operational resilience officers, business continuity officers (BCO), IT Continuity Resilience Officers (ICRO), and all relevant stakeholders, to guarantee the efficiency and high-quality of the Business Continuity planning lifecycle activities
  • Contribute to business continuity life-cycle activities: 
    • The Strategic Assessment of the perimeter eligible to the BCP detailed framework, ensuring an exhaustive and adequate coverage of the organizational units (OU); a quarterly change management process, duly justified by documented rationales; and the collection of evidences of formal approval of the assessments by the right level of management
