Manage clients’ relationship with BNP Paribas Securities Services through the safekeeping of their assets and management of corporate events.
Provide high quality of service by being the point of contact for our clientes by managing:
– Request for Proposal (RFP) & Onboarding Process;
– Queries and Support throughout the lifecycle of a corporate event;
– Service Level Agreement (SLA) Fullfilment;
– Client Instructions for corporate events.
Deliver an excellent support and added value to a long lasting relationship.
Responsibilities
  • Control and manage client’s instructions in relation to Corporate Actions events within the established SLA/service level delivery (SLD)
  • Process and/or forward late instructions to relevant teams via the appropriate channels, keeping track of them until duly processed. Reach out to and communicate with relevant teams when necessary in order to gather/clarify information about how to instruct and overcome any issue affecting the instruction process
  • Resolve all incoming queries (as soon as possible) providing initial acknowledgment in line with clients’/branches’ SLA and issue quality responses based on established criteria. Provide accurate and detailed information to clients in relation to Corporate Action events, ensuring support in case of complex operations
  • Log all queries and client service requests in the correct tools to allow statistical analysis of activity
  • Maintain client details’ updated in all necessary tools and contact list databases
  • Prepare due diligence visit (DDV) presentations and participate in client calls/visits
  • Guarantee that all procedures assigned are updated on an ongoing basis, taking into account market, service and product changes and/or potential risk factors
  • Develop a good level of knowledge of markets, financial instruments and market changes by regular use of various information sources (Market Updates, Client Updates, market announcements, etc…)
  • Be active in the continuous improvement of the team’s processes, proposing and defining projects for improving service; participate in User Acceptance Testing in order to contribute to system upgrades and its development and formalise evolutions detected with clients (organization, activity…) and advise supervision and management.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Handle the management of voluntary corporate actions, including event analysis and instruction to the custodians, with strict respect of deadlines and internal procedures
  • Handle the management of SRD2 directive, including the disclosure of shareholders details and the notifications and participations to general meetings (Proxy service)
  • Manage any cash and securities pendings linked to the activity
  • Chase constantly the custodians to obtain satisfactory and timely handling of CA events
  • Keep good relationships with other departments, WM Business, custodians and Middle Offices
  • Be responsive to any solicitation made by the Business and escalate directly any issue to the management

  • The Know Your Client (KYC) Officer’s or Due Diligence Officer primary focus is to gather client data and documentation to construct a KYC file to support the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients

Your Main Activities Are

  • Perform initiation and preparation of onboarding or recertification process, by understanding the purpose of each client onboarding or recertification request and explaining KYC process to the client
  • Conduct initial checks against internal databases to determine KYC information held within the bank and required documents to constitute “kick-off pack” to be shared with clients, as well as define the onboarding or recertification specifications including multi-site local requirements
  • Liaise internally with relevant stakeholders for list of required KYC and Regulatory (FATCA, AEOI, MIFID) documents, determine required documents for KYC and perform gap analysis with existing documents
  • Prepare list of required onboarding or recertification documents and constitute client “kick-off pack”
  • Collect information and documents by interrogating internal and external sources and KYC utilities to obtain data and documents required by the relevant client segment policy and collect remaining documents from the clients
  • Organize documents collected and extract relevant data to support the KYC process and ensure and validate that collected documents are consistent, valid and adequate with internal procedures/guidelines, while ensuring due diligence regarding local requirements for multi-site clients are properly performed
  • Review all tax and regulatory required documents (FATCA, AEOI, MiFID) when Regulatory control does not exist
  • Enter or update systems with data related to Scoring Grid (activity, source of funds), based on the documentary analysis performed
  • Create waiver of document after review with Relationship Manager and escalate when necessary to other internal actors to deal with higher risk elements or situations
  • Ensure the completeness of the onboarding or recertification request in the systems and create ownership structure and list related persons (Hierarchy Management)

    • The mission of RISK Market & Financial Institutions (“RISK MFI”) is to provide the Senior Management of the Group, of the RISK Function and of Global Markets (“GM”) and of BP2S with full transparency and dynamic analysis and monitoring of market, counterparty, valuation and liquidity risks originated and managed by CIB and of credit risks on Financial Institutions in order to assist them in their risk decision making and monitoring 
    • RISK MFI Management Information (MI) – Capital and Resources ensures the coordination, reliability and compliance of regulatory and internal capital production for market, counterparty and settlement risks for the BNPP Group, as well as additional related thematically-linked deliverables
    • The team are ultimately responsible for the official calculation, associated analysis / explanation and reporting of Market, Counterparty and Settlement Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), and additionally for updates of forecasts and simulations delivery, alongside related regulatory demands
    • The Senior Counterparty Risk Capital Analyst is primarily in charge of the production and reliability of the Capital figures for counterparty risk for both current (mainly advanced approach) and full standard approach framework. Scope under management is almost the Group one for both standard and advanced approaches
    • The analyst drives the analysis of the Counterparty Risk Capital figures dynamic and the reporting to Businesses, Group Finance and senior management
    • They finally act as the point of contact of the Paris team members with regards to the operational insertion of the counterparty risk Capital metrics and figures

Your Main Activities Are

    • Production: Manage/coordinate the production taskforce to deliver accurate and timely Regulatory Capital figures for counterparty risks based on the implemented procedures and methodologies. This requires interactions with a number of other teams and functions (within RISK, business lines and Finance Group) in order to monitor and improve process consistency
    • Analysis and Explains: Coordinate/develop/prepare Capital explain with contributions from RISK MFI teams to explain past variations and more broadly perform value-added analysis for the team clients
    • Lead the contribution to the monthly Financial Market Risk Committee (FMRC). Contribute to the production of other relevant / on demand reports to the Board and to Group, Businesses and RISK Management, as well as requests from ratings agencies, regulators and auditors

The Information and Communications Technology Risk department is part of the Group Risk Functions within BNP Paribas. It is a part of the 2nd line of defence under the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Operational Risk Officer. The department has responsibility for identification of key technology risks to the Bank and influencing business and technology partners to take sound risk management decisions. Integrated in the Global Iberian Centre of Excellence, and as a Cyber Risk Intelligence Analyst, the candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding BNP Paribas information systems by managing external attack surfaces, assessing cyber risks for corporate clients, and delivering critical emerging risk reports. You will leverage advanced tools such as External Attack Surface Management (EASM) alongside open-source intelligence to ensure robust security practices and compliance with regulatory demands in the UK and US

Your Main Activities Are

External Attack Surface Management:

  • Utilise Qualys EASM to monitor and manage external attack surfaces effectively.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify and evaluate threats, vulnerabilities, and remedial actions in collaboration with our Cyber Defence Facility (CDF) colleagues.
  • Maintain and reconcile external asset inventory, including integration with public cloud services, SaaS, and alternative inventory platforms.
  • Develop strategies for the continuous improvement of security posture and reduction of risk exposure.

Credit Cyber Risk Assessment:

  • Lead the delivery of Cyber Risk Assessments for corporate clients to identify potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
  • Foster ongoing collaboration and training with credit risk officers globally to enhance their understanding and management of cyber risk in credit operations.
  • Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks that adhere to internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Risk Horizon Reporting:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
