- Within Investment and protection Services (IPS), the Wealth Management Credit Analysis and Lending Team performs credit analyses of all Wealth Management clients
- In this scope, credit analysts are responsible to perform credit analyses (including due diligence when necessary) and recommendations to Credit Committees, Transaction Approval Committees when the credit opinion on a specific counterparty is required
- Credit Analysis and Lending Team guarantees the selection and the follow-up of counterparties considered Doubtful, are on the Watch List or sensitive list, accurately evaluates the level of provisioning, guarantees the quality of credit files and portfolios (notably by complying with regulatory framework, including credit policies, rating policies and other Group guidelines), maintains a network of Industry contacts and performs on site due diligence, develops local market intelligence by performing on-the-desk research (financial statement analysis, monitoring of published research), while guaranteeing the availability of local market information and views on risk issues are communicated swiftly and effectively
- Credit analysts are a main partner for the RISK Credit Officers and Relationship Managers for the clients falling under the Wealth Management credit process and is also in constant interaction with other business lines

- The Senior KYC Officer’s (SKYCO) primary focus is to act as the first level of control (1B) in reviewing, advising and validating on KYC (Know Your Client) due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients. The SKYCO is also accountable for ensuring all relevant stakeholders sign-offs

- Within the Banking Operations Department we assist our clients in completing the transactions they execute in the markets worldwide and we provide custody related services to the assets they deposit with us. We operate all asset classes – equities, bonds, mutual funds, investment funds, listed derivatives, OTC derivatives and cash – and provide them access to close to 100 markets worldwide. Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure all Corporate Actions & Income setups, instructions and payments are processed while meeting standards established by the Bank and the team’s procedures
- Guarantee the four-eyes checking principle whenever is necessary and without any form exception
- Provide accurate and detailed information to clients and service partners pertaining to Corporate Actions and Income events. Guarantees the support of clients and other relevant stakeholders during the process
- Manage all queries and client service requests in the dedicated tools to allow statistical analysis of activity
- Guarantee that all procedures are updated on an ongoing basis, taking into account market, service and product changes and/or potential risk factors
- Develop knowledge of existing markets, their changes and financial instruments by making regular use of various information sources (Market Updates, Client Updates, market announcements, among others)

- Translate this 5-year modelling roadmap into concrete transversal projects focused on a list of models
- Mobilize various teams (model developers, back-testers, Business Lines stakeholders) from different entities of the Bank around a common objective
- Participate in the definition of a homogeneous methodological framework for modelling purposes and ensure its dissemination
- Produce specific analysis for the Senior Management of the bank or Supervisors
- Manage the budget associated to the projects you will manage, including the costs of potential external resources hired when necessary
- Master’s Degree with a specialization in finance, risk, data science, statistics, or economics
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of the banking regulation, especially on credit risk
