Reporting to the Global Head of Client Development Strategy & Analytics, the role will focus on delivering global projects and initiatives across Client Development contributing to the growth of Global Market’s franchise. The role will have a local reporting line into the Global Client Analytics (GCA) team.
The mission of the client development team is to support global and regional sales management to define and execute the client strategy via data analytics, competitor benchmarking, market intelligence and qualitative insights collected across GM teams. The Client Development team facilitates the client strategic planning process, including defining the client segmentation and designing and executing various client initiatives.
Client Development plays a critical role to prepare and enable internal client reviews, broker reviews and internal governance forums like the global or regional client boards. - The Senior KYC Officer’s (SKYCO) primary focus is to act as the first level of control (1B) in reviewing, advising and validating on KYC (Know Your Client) due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients. The SKYCO is also accountable for ensuring all relevant stakeholders sign-offs

The Digital CRM Product Manager focuses on the Bank’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and related products and workflows. The roleholder will drive innovation and developments to increase the Bank’s footprint, provide efficiency to the Bank’s clients and sales teams. The roleholder will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and users, and will be part of the strategy, planning, and execution for the future developments of the Bank’s key digital initiatives in the CRM system.
Your Main Activities Are
• Junior/Mid level professional accountable for providing excellence within the eC&D team within Global Markets, specifically for the CRM system.
• Taking an active part in the definition of the strategy for the CRM system and pushing new opportunities and innovative ideas based on an understanding of the products, clients’ needs, markets, and regulations in the CRM space.
• Coordinating the scoping (workshops, collection of business requirements), prioritization and delivery of new features and products for the CRM system in close coordination with key stakeholders (Tech, LAB, UX/UI, Research, e-Marketers, Business Lines Digital Leads, Sales/Trading, etc).
• Extracting trends and behavioral patterns from the analysis of CRM usage data to inform the product roadmap and enhance user experience.
• Collecting feedback from end-users to improve the CRM system and ensure a best-in-class digital experience.
• Maintaining a written documentation of the CRM system and relevant information.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify areas of improvement and optimization for the CRM system.
Continuously identifies, proposes, and implements innovative or alternative ideas ahead of others to improve topics or solve issues or problems that are multidisciplinary or cross-organizational, to improve the customer journey or the organization, to develop new businesses or thought models in the CRM space.
Profile and Skills to Success
• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role in consulting, start-up or corporate environment, preferably within the financial industry
• Higher degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering finance / econometrics or computer science field
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic product management environment
• Strong background in digital product management
• Proactively able to identify areas of development, improvement or ways to maximise results and takes initiative to implement relevant actions, in the short and long term.
• Strong relationship management skills and an ability to work with individuals to ensure the delivery of set objectives.
• Proven communication / relationship management skills.
• Computer literate and has a passion for well executed technology solutions. Substantial programming experience (Dev/BA/Scrum experience) is an advantage.
• Expert MS office proficiency (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint);
• Preferably knowledge of a BI/Analytics tool to measure KPIs and activity (e.g. Tableau or similar)

Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate the timely closure of recommendations issued by Inspection Generale and external auditors as well as PCAs issued by second line to maintain compliance with associated CIB ratios
- For recos within responsibility scope collect at least monthly, an updated progress status for all open and/or past due recos & PCA containing at a minimum:
- ongoing actions with progress and delivery milestones (owner/date)
- blocking points explanation (if any)
- ETA for submission to closure
- RAG status on confidence for delivery closure
- Alert reco/PCA owner and their management (ExCo/CIO) as well as CCCO ITO management of all recos & PCA not submitted 90 days before due date to avoid potential of late closure
- Review reco/PCA closure requests and evidences prior to formal submission to check the quality level of the response meets the expectations of the key points for closure defined by IG/LOD2
- Participate in regular exchange points with IG/LOD2
- For IG and LOD2 missions within responsibility scope monitor ongoing missions of internal and external auditors and assist in the timely collection and delivery of required evidences
- Engage with audit teams and auditees to manage deliverables and ensure correct and up to date information is provided and in line with requests, and advise auditees on suitability of deliverables
- Where appropriate participate in mission review meetings with audit team and auditees and assist in agreeing realistic and actionable with achievable delivery dates findings and recommendations at end of mission
