- The Corporate Trust Operations Officer is responsible for analysing and integrating missing data in the systems, performing the consequent controls according to the procedures in place and ensuring that SLAs are met
Your Main Activities Are
- Process activities following the operational procedures in place, ensuring the SLA is met and perform the tasks according to work allocation
- Performing the controls according to the procedures and risk mapping (checklists, 4 eyes check, among others)
- Analyse and integrate missing data in the systems while comparing data from different sources ensuring its reliability
- Manage queries, while understanding the different priorities and forward the requests to the respective departments
- Ensure escalation of non solved queries and potential incidents

- The Cash Account Manager is the privileged interlocutor of clients to follow-up their cash accounts. This follow-up is taking into consideration client needs to optimise their treasury and ensuring the correct processing of their cash transactions
- To be part of a team working towards a common goal, following procedures and work organization, Cash Account managers will have to deal with several departments and interact with different activities, providing the possibility to expand the knowledge of all team members
Your Main Activities Are
- Process client instructions by analysing, validating and implementing those instructions.

About the Team
- CCCO Central is a transversal CIB team based in Paris and Lisbon and is part of the CIB functions.

The team in Lisbon supports the Structured Products Desks in their reporting activities and participates in the secondary market making activity by providing secondary liquidity for the desk with a size delegation up to 1M Euros.
You will have strong daily interactions with the quantitative and engineer profiles and became an expert over the whole range of financial products and their behaviours, while leveraging on mathematics and programing skills to carry out different analyses.
Your Main Activities Are
Day to day support of the London and Paris Desks:
- P&L reporting: Interact with traders and prepare and produce a Front Office P&L explain each day
- Run Credit Exotics Risk reports: Understand the impacts of new trades and the convexity of the position according to defined rules;
- Lead ad-hoc initiatives contributing to the enhancement of the Trading platform: Work on tools to monitor our various products, Work on some analysis on the behaviour of specific products, Interact with IT and Quantitative team to develop necessary tools

Your Main Activities Are
