La nostra piattaforma Cardif Services/Icare, con sede a Porto, specializzata in servizi, ricerca e sviluppo di soluzioni per il settore automobilistico (manutenzione, garanzia, assistenza, ecc..), sta cercando nuovi elementi per il suo team. Stiamo attualmente cercando Meccanici e Operatori Amministrativi, fluenti in italiano.

LA TUA FUTURA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DEL TEAM EWM COME MECCANICO E/O OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO:

Integrato in un call center con una dimensione umana, tra le sue funzioni, dovrai:

·       Informare/ dare istruzioni via telefono ai clienti beneficiari e ai distributori/ tecnici professionisti in caso di danni: passi da seguire, follow up sui file.

·       Analizzare le richieste di assistenza agli interventi delle officine (via telefono o via extranet) che includono:

Ø  Verifica della copertura del contratto.

Ø  Verifica di rilievo ed intervento.

Ø  Verifica dei preventivi – Costi di riparazione stimati

Ø  Verifica dell’adempimento delle condizioni contrattuali

·       Elaborare gli accordi corrispondenti (secondo le ripartizioni per livello)

·       Controllo e codifica delle fatture corrispondenti.

·       Realizzazione di controlli di fatturazione e di prassi dei nostri principali soci.

·       Valutare e gestire l’e-mail, la posta e le fatture.

·       Essere un rinforzo per gli altri dipartimenti e l’attività del servizio

COME NOSTRO NUOVO MECCANICO E/O OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO  – TEAM EWM, RICHIEDIAMO:

·       Conoscenze in ambito automobilistico;

·       Esperienza minima di due anni in un call center, preferibilmente nel settore automobilistico e assicurativo (preferibile);

·       Capacità di analizzare e contestare i preventivi dei lavori di riparazione e manutenzione (costi, tempistiche, etc…);

·       Capacità di fornire spiegazioni chiare sulla decisione di reclamo al riparatore e al cliente;

·       Lingue: Eccellente livello di Italiano, buon livello di Inglese. Altre competenze linguistiche saranno un plus;

·       Dominio di strumenti informatici (Microsoft Office);

·       Interessato/a, Organizzato/a, Dedicato/a;

·       Pronto ad aiutare il cliente focalizzando la sua attenzione con rigore e capacità di comunicazione;

·       Si valorizzerà anche la capacità di adattamento e collaborazione.

BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC ICARE BUSINESS UNIT

Our Oporto based Cardif Support ICARE platform, specialized in services, research and development of solutions for the automotive sector (maintenance, warranty, assistance, etc.), is looking for new elements for its teams.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE ICARE TEAMS

Integrated into a call center with a human dimension, among its functions, you will have to:

  • Ensure proper registration records in the information systems;
  • Manage automotive claims treatment following the contract coverage;
  • Check the admissibility of requests by approving and rejecting the reparation and maintenance costs/estimations;
  • Contact by phone or email all the necessary partners, customers, auto-shops or internal departments
  • Analyze records and check insurability and the financial risk based on their knowledge and tools to support the decision in accordance with the procedures and the rules of delegation;
  • Notify the decisions to customers and/or business partners;
  • Ensure administrative management of all operations prearranged;
  • Ensure compliance with established standards of quality, security and control operations and risk management as defined in the working procedures;
  • Billing management
  • Create and maintain the procedures updated;
  • Contribute to the proper functioning of the team, particularly in terms of knowledge sharing and maintenance of good working relations between the teams, customers and suppliers;

AS OUR NEW ICARE POLICY MANAGEMENT AGENT/TECHNICIAN, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Knowledge or professional experience in the automotive sector
  • Ability to challenge repair & maintenance job estimates (cost, time, effort)
  • Ability to provide clear explanation on claim decision to repairer, customer, partner.
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office) & applications used by the team in line with job requirements;
  • Be a Team Player, who respects the needs of others and displays integrity in dealing with team members;
  • Detail oriented, interested, organized, committed, responsible, who the ability to adapt;
  • Someone who strives continuously for customer satisfaction and aims to deliver very high quality results;
  • Fluent in one or more of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish, French, Czech, Polish or Swedish (Mandatory)
  • Proficient in English oral and written (Mandatory)
