Your Main Activities Are

    1. Initiation and follow-up of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and client on-boarding
    2. Submission into the Real Assets credit workflow system
    3. Controls performed on internal systems reflecting the main features of the transactions
  • Contribute to transversal tasks upon request:
    1. Review of transaction data inputs into for accuracy
    2. Consistency review of data inputs and output
    3. Management of client data base (on and off boarding of clients)

About the job

  • The Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. This includes loans to customers of different Business Lines. Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the live cycle events of the credit.   • The Cash Investigations Senior Officer is responsible to handle, manage and follow-up claims and queries regarding cash flows across several locations. The role deals with internal clients, counterparts and cash correspondents, being also responsible for dealing with several departments with Cash Management activities
