About the job
- The Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. This includes loans to customers of different Business Lines. Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the live cycle events of the credit. The Loan Servicing Officer is responsible for managing all events linked to deal lifecycle, which encompasses managing bookings and updates of the loan management system

- The Labour Law Counsel will be directly working with the Senior Labour Law Counsel to provide labour-related legal assistance in day-to-day work to the Human Resources Department and to business areas as may be required.

Within our Management control team, you will contribute directly to the day-to-day management of various tasks with multiple interlocutors within the Financial Production and Financial Control and Performance departments. - You are proficient in as Excel (advanced functions). Knowledge of SAP, Access, Tagetik, VBA and BI tool is a plus

- ITO Department of CIB Global Market deals with documentation and operational management of securities issues by BNP Paribas Issuance BV, dedicated to CIB GM and supporting sales teams located mainly in Europe. The documentation mandate consists mainly of the final terms and supporting documents, which will be drafted according to templates issued by LEGAL. - The Sanctions and Embargoes B2 Officer performs an independent review of sanctions alerts that have been escalated by Level A and investigated by Level B1. B2 Officers can make a decision either to release, reject/block or escalate to the third level of the framework based on the investigation and supporting documents prepared by Level B1
Your Main Activities Are
- Deliver a timely and efficient delivery of analysis by ensuring alerts are correctly prioritised by order of date or risk category and by handling the alerts efficiently, escalating blocking points or uncertainties
- Communicate to the onshore team all cases where local action is required (escalation, rejection, throw back) and follow-up if there is any question on the decision that has been taken
- Keep updated on developments on sanctions, embargoes and related KYC / AML / CFT / Sanctions laws and regulations and exchange with onshore teams (Compliance B2, back office and B1, GFS, among others)
- Contribute to the team’s organisation and coherence by facilitating discussions within the team (e.g. at morning meetings)

- The Credit Risk – Regulatory Reporting Officer contributes to the Credit Risk RWA computation and analysis, contributing to the calculation of the Group Basel solvency ratio and Pillar 3 disclosures (includes Group Accounting to Risk Reconciliation); Regulatory Reporting at Group and sub-consolidated level (COREP Own Funds/Large Exposures/Leverage Ratio, International Commitments, Country Risk, Pillar 2 – Short Term Exercice, G-SIB, Basel Monitoring – Quantitative Impact Study, etc.), Data quality and process optimization and supporting the Manager
Your Main Activities Are
- Production of Pillar 3 disclosure reports, focusing on credit risk, including Standardized and IRB (Internal Ratings-Based) approach tables, and securitization-related disclosures
- Gather and process data from various sources to populate the credit risk and securitization tables. Ensure that data inputs meet quality standards and align with regulatory requirements
- Conduct detailed data validation and accuracy checks to ensure that all tables reflect the bank’s exposure levels and comply with regulatory guidelines
- Ensure compliance with the latest regulatory standards and guidelines, such as Basel III and EBA (European Banking Authority) requirements
- Communicate key findings and insights from the Pillar 3 reports to internal stakeholders and management, providing clarity on the bank’s credit and securitization risk profile, contributing as well for preparation of Senior Management forums to validate the regulatory reports
- Participate in the different projects linked to regulatory evolutions, reporting evolutions, process improvements, regulators requests, IT developments, sourcing evolutions

Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
