- FRESH is the new IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. - Part of FRESH, Master Data is a department in charge of “Master Data” solutions for Finance and Risk. Main objective is to share Data across the group. It covers Referential, Nomenclatures and Dictionaries Solutions
- Furthermore, the Master Data Team works in close interaction with the Group CDO team to ensure BCBS 239 compliance and to improve Data Quality
Your Main Activities Are
- Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNPP Businesses)
- Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues
- Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
- Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers
- Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Information Systems

Your Main Activities Are
- The Sales Assistants Team for US and Latam markets is responsible for all the desk tasks, namely booking trades and coordination with middle/back office to ensure a smooth settlement and a high level of post-trade servicing to clients, as well as innovation and automation of tasks.

- The Lisbon-based Structured Products Sales Assistant is part of a global sales workforce in charge of selling tailor-made investments solutions (Structured Products and Derivatives Products) to clients used to trade standardized products on a reverse inquiry mode. Your Main Activities Are
- Be part of the team responsible for the lifecycle of GM’s brokers and for business management for brokerage (for example on-boarding, recertifications, guidance)
- Be part of the team responsible for the brokerage tariffs (for example ensure a comprehensive and accurate log and storage of rate cards) and brokerage fees monitoring (i.e. invoicing lifecycle, fees paid, business activity)
- Support the relationship management for Brokers (for example prepare excel data and supports for negotiations campaigns or benchmarking)
- Support the transversal initiatives internally (automation, analysis, etc) and with the other wide GM’s projects (TOM Fees, Verdi)
- Be a point of contact for Brokerage with the different stakeholders within the team but also with Front Office (Trading, BMs), Operations (CEP, FCMT), etc.
- Identify and propose initiatives to improve the efficiency of processes and/or cost efficiency

About the Team
- “GM Brokerage” team is a global team that sits within Global Markets to ensure the end to end management of brokerage (fully for Agency Brokerage, partly for Matched Principals) for all business lines and all territories.
- As part of the global GM Brokerage team, the Support team acts as a connection internally to the brokerage team, split between London and Lisbon, but also with the various stakeholders involved in the lifecycle management of brokerage:
- It is notably responsible for implementing and innovating automations and admin tasks and supporting processes.
- It is created and designed to perform the different type of queries coming from the stakeholders across GBLs as well as to have flexible and adjustable way of communication, according to the multiple stakeholders’ languages and needs

About the Job
- As part of Global Banking ESG Transition Office (CETO), under the ESG Development & Operations pillar (EDO), the Sustainability Program Officer fosters the insertion of Sustainability in Global Banking activities and decisions
- Reports hierarchically to the Head of ESG Development & Operations (EDO), the 3rd pillar of CETO alongside Global Banking EMEA Sustainability Office and Climate Analytics & Alignment team
- Primary responsibilities focused on the “Development” activities of EDO team
Your Main Activities Are
- Anchors ESG commitments taken by BNP Paribas in Global Banking (GB) business strategy
- Supports the preparation of key ESG committees of Global Banking including ESG GB Boards (monthly), ESG GB OpCo (quarterly), presentations to GB Management committees (ad hoc)
- Supports the Chief ESG Transition Officer meetings (e.g. interview guides and talking points drafting)
- Contributes to thematic research and deep dives on key ESG topics
- Packages the ESG expertise spread across the CIB and the Group and articulates it with Global Banking stakes and market trends
