Your Main Activities Are
- Analyze the requirements from Business Line or Finance (depending on the nature of the project) based on the framing note of the FIP Project Manager
- Perform technical gap analysis and technical impact study in order to contribute to the framing note delivered by FIP Project Manager
- Collaborate with FIP Business Analyst to organize and manage meetings/workshops with stakeholders within Finance project team, Business Lines, IT, Finance end users to design the technical solution of the project respecting methodology and standards
- Document the technical specifications of the solution to be set up in the financial accounting interpretor
- Parametrize accounting and reporting rules, according to the standards in terms of norms and systems
- Contribute to the testing strategy to ensure the quality of the implementation of the project
- Carry out all unitary tests and integration tests of the project
- Ensure an aftercare support for Finance end users after delivery of the solution
- Support Project Managers and Business Analysts in implementing project outcomes and follow up outcomes with stakeholders

Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree or Engineering degree

The Digital Assets Product/Project Manager is part of the Global Markets – Digital team. It consists in driving innovation, defining strategy and contribute actively to the development and integration of Digital Assets within Global Markets, in strong collaboration with CIB.

- The KYC Breaches Investigation Analyst monitors post trade alerts for counterparties with no Know Your Customer (Master, Marketer and Booking), Deleted Counterparties, Do not trade Counterparties, MSC and PN Breach Alerts, contributing to protect the Bank against reputational risk, Anti Money laundering risk AML/CFT and Fraud risks. - The Cash Controls Officer’s mission is to be responsible to perform the internal controls towards the operational activity performed by the Cash Hub teams
Your Main Activities Are
- Communicate with correspondents and counterparts as well as internal departments

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Internal Control Officer assists the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Operational Risk & Permanent Control frameworks. She/he is in charge for the following responsibilities.
Transversal activities
- Develop the existing reporting framework (quantitative metrics and KPIs to measure and communicate on risk management) and contribute to the organizational committees related to its perimeter of intervention.
- Ensure the development and implementation of an adequate training and awareness plan for the local staff;
Specific to Operational Risk & Permanent Control
- Assumes the role of Operational Permanent Controller, according to the main responsibilities identified in the relevant internal policies and procedures;
- Transpose locally the Group requirements in the Permanent Control framework and Operational Risk Management, notably by the identification of key processes, contribution to their formalization, implementation, control and follow-up;
- Identify and assess risks and controls (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) by ensuring that key operational units and processes, material risks and risk mitigants are identified.
- Perform/drive the risk identification and assessment in liaison with Cardif Support HO control Functions when needed, ensuring validation by the relevant management level and consistency with the defined risk tolerance. Contribute to the definition and follow-up of remediation plan if needed;
- Manage Operational Risk Incidents, including detecting, recording, analyzing, follow-up, support the definition and monitor the implementation of the necessary action plan;
- Follow-up the performance of generic BNP Paribas Cardif controls and associated action plans;
- Implement local controls when needed, based on the risk analysis of local processes and follow-up the necessary action plans;
- Follow-up of recommendations coming from Inspection Générale, External Audit, Regulators;
- Provide Management support and governance by active contribution (or organization) to any committee on Operational risks and Permanent Control committees.
- Alert and escalate to the relevant level of management any operational risk incident and/or any recurring weakness. Perform periodic and ad-hoc reporting to the appropriate level of management as well as to independent control functions.
- Ensure an appropriate training on Operational risks and Permanent Control framework is provided to employees, notably newcomers.
- Show ability to take ownership of specific OPC activity streams/topics, and be able to deliver the full and exhaustive actions taken on the assigned process(es) to the management
AS OUR NEW INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Audit or in any other related fields
- Previous working experience in a position related to Internal Control and Risk Management;
- Fluency in English and French (intermediate level minimum) – Portuguese is appreciated;
