- The Cash Management Client Support Officer’s mission is to be the single point of contact to our Corporate Clients for all their Cash Management requests from the account opening on, ensuring high client satisfaction, while protecting the bank interest
Your Main Activities Are
- Provide Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients with a first line entry point for support in their post-sales and post trade activities
- Maintain a dynamic, interactive and pro-active relationship with the clients and with the internal stakeholders, ranging from Front Office to Back Office and Support Functions
- Manage client’s expectations and to be responsible for providing the client with the appropriate answer within a timely manner

Your Main Activities Are
- Assess, monitor and review portfolio risk; look for changes in strategies/asset mix in client portfolios and assess whether the margining methodology needs to be updated/modified to capture risk and pricing

About the job
- The Profit and Loss (P&L) Controller will be in charge of producing and validating the daily and/or monthly Economical P&L and related P&L Explains. It will be required to establish effective working relationships with both Front Office and other areas of support (e.g. Back Office, Market Risk, Finance & IT). This will allow for an integrated and proactive approach to the business’ requirements. P&L teams, as part of the Product Control department, provides a full and dedicated support to the various ALM/T and Global Market Trading Desks located in Europe, New York, Singapore or Hong-Kong
Your Main Activities Are
- Produce and validate the official Economical P&L figures and the related P&L explains (market move, new deals, etc.) and investigate the discrepancies with the Front Office Predict when available
- Review the P&L Explain in depth and correct wrong effect if no technical solution can be found to overturn the misallocation
- Review the Risk based market P&L and analyse differences against the P&L Explain until the gap is understood and documented
- Review the split of the economic PNL in liquidity and rate effects for ALMT perimeters
- Produce Hedge accounting controls for finance and FO where applicable
- Submit the P&L for Sign-off to the Front office officer
- When possible, challenge and enhance existing processes

Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate with Traders, Sales and Structurers as well as support functions (including compliance, legal, marketing) to support the commercial effort, by pricing complex products and related activities
- Answer in a timely manner to clients’ requests regarding specific features of the products
- Participate in the creation of a product offering in order to achieve the business plan. This will include contributing to the investment ideas generation and supporting the delivery to Sales and Clients
- Support the growth of internal pricing tools and accompany Sales in their adoption
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master in Financial Mathematics / Statistics
- Up 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of:
- Financial Mathematics, Statistics, Stochastic calculus
- Data Intelligence, Research and Quant Analytics
- Models and pricing tools

About the Team
- The Europe Structuring team is responsible for the development, pricing and execution of complex derivatives for our clients, in particular Retail Networks, Private Banks and Insurers. In a dynamic, fast-paced and quite operational environment, we are working closely with sales, trading and other structuring teams to originate new investment solutions and foster our leading position in derivative structured business
- The team is located in Paris, Lisbon, London, Milan but also works closely with our American and Asian colleagues. The Lisbon team is a strategic hub for Structuring and is composed of 6 people, including 3 dedicated to Equity Derivatives

About the job
- The Referential SSI Officer’s main mission is to perform Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) data maintenance in the systems within the team scope
Your Main Activities Are
- Manage and support Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) setup requests sent by the several teams within Settlement Systems Departments, including client reach out by phone and email, ensuring the information provided is complete and in accordance with the client details and with defined procedures and Compliance rules
- Contribute and participate to any automation and efficiency project within the team
- Contribute to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Ensure smooth and proactive relationship with all stakeholders involved in the processes
- Ensure smooth implementation of new processes, controls and policies within the team in order to reduce the risk of incidents and improve the quality of the settlement instruction stock added into each system
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel
- Great team spirit with the ability to pass on knowledge
- Ability to develop and adapt a process with a result driven mindset and an analytical approach
