- The Finance & Strategy function (F&S) ensures, for the BNP Paribas Group, the production and publication of accounting and financial management statements necessary for the management of the Group, financial and tax optimization along with the external growth strategy. Your Main Activities Are

About the Team
· Within BNP Paribas CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking), credit analysis plays a fundamental role in managing the risks related to both existing corporate clients and new business. The ECA (EMEA Credit Analytics) team is responsible for credit analysis for Corporate Banking clients from across our EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) business.

- The CTM Capital Markets Senior Officer is involved in setting up and monitoring financing operations and is in direct contact with the Front Office on all matters relating to deals, in particular to ensure the feasibility of their “operability”. The officer is also in charge of the accurate translation of the operations in the Bank’s systems and official reports until the reimbursements of the deals. The Middle Officer for “Structured Credit” Products ensures that the rules applicable to BNP Paribas (accounting, regulatory, legal, ALM – Asset Liability Management, etc.) are complied with in each transaction. In addition, the Senior officer ensures the organisation of the activity in the absence of the Team Leader, while actively supporting training in the team.
Your Main Activities Are
- To monitor the portfolio, the Middle Officer will interact with a large number of stakeholders: clients for bilateral deals, lawyers, Back Office, ITO 3 C, Risk, Finance, Tax, Legal Affairs, ALM, … Liaise with the Front Office upstream of the signatures of the documentation; assistance during the negotiation phase on technical and legal points of the Documentation and understanding of the specificities of deals; if necessary, search for solutions or agreements with Finance, Tax Affairs, Legal Affairs, etc

Instructions for recordings then follow-up of events and of the obligations of Borrowers to Lenders (static data) for recording in the Covenant Manager tool. Come operatore Amministrativo sarai responsabile di gestire le richieste di clienti e partner, relative ai prodotti assicurativi di competenza del proprio team, per conto della filiale Italiana di BNP Paribas Cardif.
Sarai inserito in uno dei team che opera in stretta collaborazione con la casa madre e le sue affiliate, coltivando relazioni solide fondate sulla reciproca fiducia.
Dovrai assicurare che tutte le richieste vengano gestite nel rispetto del quadro normativo di riferimento, delle tempistiche e delle procedure fornite.
LA TUA FUTURA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DI OPERATIONS ITALY COME OPERATORE DI BACK OFFICE FLUENTE IN ITALIANO:
Tra le tue funzioni, dovrai:
· Gestire tutte le richieste dei Clienti e dei Partner;
· Inserire, se necessario, le richieste dei Clienti e Partner nei sistemi informatici;
· Verificare la documentazione ricevuta, se ammissibile e completa;
· Verificare il relativo contratto e le condizioni contrattuali;
· Preparare la documentazione e accertarsi che sia in regola e rispetti i requisiti fiscali e di legge;
· Processare, se necessario, i pagamenti ed accertarsi della correttezza delle informazioni inserite;
· Garantire sempre professionalità e un efficace assistenza, via email e telefono ai clienti, partner ed intermediari;
· Assicurare sempre il più alto livello di servizio e qualità in ogni fase della lavorazione
COME NOSTRO NUOVO OPERATORE DI BACK OFFICE – FLUENTE IN ITALIANO, RICHIEDIAMO:
· Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (obbligatoria);
· Diploma e/o laurea;
· Precedenti e simili esperienze lavorative saranno considerate un plus.

- The Sanctions and Embargoes B2 Senior Officer performs an independent review of sanctions alerts that have been escalated by Level A and investigated by Level B1. B2 Officers can make a decision either to release, reject/block or escalate to the third level of the framework based on the investigation and supporting documents prepared by Level B1. Your Main Activities Are
- Deliver a timely and efficient delivery of analysis by ensuring alerts are correctly prioritised by order of date or risk category and by handling the alerts efficiently, escalating blocking points or uncertainties
- Communicate to the onshore team all cases where local action is required (escalation, rejection, throw back) and follow-up if there is any question on the decision that has been taken
- Receive and pass on to others updates on developments on sanctions, embargoes and related KYC / AML / CFT / Sanctions laws and regulations and exchange with onshore teams (e.g., from GFS and on to B1, B2 colleagues or others)
- Deliver the training of newcomers through subject-matter presentations, facilitating shadowing and providing feedback on newcomers’ analysis of alerts
- Support the Team Leader in the team’s organisation and coherence by facilitating discussions within the team (e.g., at morning meetings)
- Take ownership of transversal team topics like updating procedures, collating key performance indicators and handling client queries
- Take a leading role on the continuous improvement of processes and tools by identifying and measuring process inefficiencies or tool deficiencies, escalating these so that proposed changes can be assessed and sharing best practice with other B2 teams, Market Abuse Teams and Compliance Hub Teams

Manage Corporate Actions and Income events and client enquiries, by respecting the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) and operational procedures
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure all Corporate Actions & Income setups, instructions and payments are processed while meeting standards established by the Bank and the team’s procedures
- Guarantee the four-eyes checking principle whenever is necessary and without any form exception
- Provide accurate and detailed information to clients and service partners pertaining to Corporate Actions and Income events. Guarantees the support of clients and other relevant stakeholders during the process
