About the job

The Product Manager main mission is act as the interface between the business and IT, managing key digital product and portals. The position involves drawing up business requirements, ensuring IT deliverables align with these requirements, monitoring product usage and suggesting enhancements based on new needs and feedback.

Your Main Activities Are

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and inputs
• Manage the product backlog, along with IT teams, ensuring that deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards
• Responsible to conduct regular reviews and updates of product roadmaps and monitor product usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, as well as provide regular updates to stakeholders on product status, upcoming releases, and any issues or risks
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between all parties involved in product development

Profile and Skills to Success

• Academic background in Business, Information Technology or similar areas
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in a digital or technology-driven environment
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in product management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence and others, and data analysis tools
• Commitment to understanding and addressing customer pain points and requirements to deliver high-quality
• Ability to work effectively in a transversal environment, fostering collaboration across different teams and departments
• Strong analytical and attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
