Referential Administrator/Business Analyst

•  Administrator mission is to provide support, implementation and engineering of the infrastructure and applications. Manages existing systems and subsystems, which applications and business streams rely on, and is responsible for troubleshooting in their area of responsibility. Evaluates risks and ensures the viability, usability and durability of the solution.

•  Manages existing systems and sub-systems on which Business line applications and streams rely.
• Qualifies and resolves incidents and contributes to the resolution of problems.
• Participates in acceptance testing for procedures produced by engineering.

•  Bachelor’s (3-5 years) in Information Technology and Computer Science
• Information Technology (>7 years)
• English (Fluent)
• Information technology – Production Operation Steering
• Information technology – IT Infrastructure
• Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
• Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
