About the job
- The Client Relationship Officer’s (RO) main mission is to manage the daily interactions with BNP Paribas’ Corporate Clients ensuring the delivery of a high quality service in an innovative, digital and industrial way
- The RO is responsible for developing the relationship with such Clients, understanding Clients’ needs and proposing the adequate products from the Flow Banking Products, while acting as the entry point for Clients within the Bank for commercial matters
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure that business is performed in close alignment with the BNP Paribas Group’s “One Bank” strategy, ensuring close collaboration with all stakeholders, from Pilots, to Product lines, Support Teams, among others
- Client Interaction
- Act as the first point of contact on commercial matters
- Redirect the Clients to the responsible Support Teams such as Client Service Desk, Cash Management Technical Officers, Due Diligence, among others
- Compliance
- Ensure that all compliance regulations such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions policies are properly reviewed
- Credit
- Ensure that all credit facilities extended to Corporate Clients are approved and renewed on time according the Bank’s procedures, and then implemented
- Banking Products
- Sell all type’s of Banking Products and ensure proper introduction of product representatives to clients
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Client Management or Banking and Financial Operations
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Knowledge in CRM Tools
- Client focused mindset with the ability to communicate, interact and engage in an impactful manner
- Great attentiveness to detail and sense of responsiveness and quality of service
- Ability to cope with pressure and short deadlines and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
About the Team
- Within the Global Banking scope, the European Corporate Hub (ECH) located in Lisbon and Porto, acts as a key provider for a harmonized and best-in-class Client Relationship service, representing a key asset for the BNP Paribas Group’s strategy
The selected candidate can be based in Lisbon or Porto, according to its preference
