Your Main Activities Are
  • Finance
    • Prepare the yearly Forecast & Budget exercise for the full HR scope
    • Follow-up of the budget allocation between different HR expenses and activities throughout the year, including the monitoring of new positions opening
    • Manage the relationship with the local Finance department for the monitoring and follow-up of the budget and its different versions
    • Follow-up and verify the invoices sent to beneficiaries regarding the Hub activities and interaction with onshore HR (CIB HR and Group HR)
    • Follow-up and monitor SLAs and contracts
    • Monthly follow-up of the headcount evolution for the full HR scope (in Arrow)
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the budget process within HR
  • Reporting on HR activities for Management
    • Monthly follow-up of the full Portugal headcount evolution and calculation of HR KPIs (turnover)
    • Perform the quarterly consolidation of HR data and prepare the quarterly dashboard
  • Reporting on HR Tools
    • Run a report with the office presence based on PI records
    • Update uMan with RefOG data regarding Departments and Employees’ Departments
    • Compare leavers in uMan with active accounts in RefOG
    • Run the PI metrics report to feed Arco IHRis data
    • Run the movements found by SPEAR team against SyncHRonized and HRBP database
    • Monthly extraction from RefOG for the Global Headcount
    • Use RefOG to update the Business line heads in employee’s PI hierarchy
    • Verify if all employees with IHT in uMan have that kind of schedule in PI
  • Project management
    • Play a direct role in designing and developing reporting tools that are then deployed across the organization
    • Constantly seek to introduce process improvements throughout the reporting process
    • Determine specifications and standards for business reporting
    • Coordinate all actions and projects aiming at maintaining data quality integrity
    • Contribute to various transversal projects, led by HR or requiring an HR contribution, depending on the needs
Profile and Skills to Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data or other relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Ability to manage a project, with critical thinking and a results-driven mindset
  • Analytical ability, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
