About the job
- The mission of Transversal Account Officer consists of protecting our clients’ assets and managing their operational transactions throughout the whole investment cycle
- The primary focus of the Transversal Account Officer is to perform our responsibilities under a controlled environment that is compliant with strict regulatory rules and guidelines while providing superior client services and solutions
- As part of DEC business line (Derivatives Execution & Clearing), the account manager in the Transversal Account Officers team must handle middle office and back-office activities on his/her scope
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure that all clients (internal and external) related issues, queries and request are addressed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
- First point of contact for all client queries and requests
- Guarantee the correct flow of communication between client and Back Office teams
- Follow up of pending client queries and requests closely
- Identify, assess, monitor and control the risks of the activity
- Participate in meetings with Sales and Relationship Managers regarding client topics
- Collect data from the client email communication
- Build KPIs and improve client experience
- Prepare and send daily/monthly management reports
- Participate in projects to drive the business forward to deliver internal system releases
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Up to 2 years of Experience in Banking and Financial Operations
- Knowledge of Operations and Processes – Clearing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Availability to work from 10h – 19h
- Fluent in English
- Client focused
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills – oral & written
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
- Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
