About the job
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Support Officer to lead and support the front office with pricing topics, client fees and charges. This role involves developing and maintaining pricing tools, processing codifications, performing quarterly billing, and conducting controls
Your Main Activities Are
- Lead and oversee the collaboration with the front office team to address and resolve complex pricing-related queries and issues
- Develop and maintain advanced pricing tools to ensure they meet the needs of the front office and clients (Pricing Sheets, pricing simulation, Client fee conditions, among others)
- Oversee the processing of codifications accurately and efficiently in the system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and correctly recorded
- Monitor and review client fees and charges, ensuring compliance with internal policies (level of derogation validation) and regulatory requirements (no overcharche)
- Identify past derogations not corresponding to the Pricing strategy
- Monitor the timetable for derogations revisions
- Perform and supervise the quarterly billing process, including the preparation and execution of ad hoc manual calculations and controls
- Conduct quarterly controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing data and processes (codifications instructions in line with RM/Client instruction)
- Provide advanced training and support to front office staff on pricing procedures and tools
- Conduct regular audits of pricing data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive pricing reports and analysis for management review
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor degree in in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of Experience in a finance, business controlling role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Business Intelligence SAP, and other business intelligence tools
- Fluent in English
- Leadership and team management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with data base management (SQL)
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
